This place is hit or miss. Big mac ordered last week, no cheese on it. Burgers are slapped together sometimes and all of the ingredients aren't always on the sandwiches. They seem a bit under staffed or the ones there struggle to keep up during rush times. Depending on who you encounter at the drive through window, you may or may not even get a word spoke to you. No good morning, afternoon or evening salutations and most of the time the bag is given to you and no thank you, come again or have a nice day. Kinda crappy but that is how it is at a lot of places now days.

Today is the FOURTH time in less than TWO weeks at McDonald's in Hertford, NC that my meal has been COLD, WRONG and the manager has had a CRAPPY attitude towards me. I've called and NEVER get an answer on the local McDonald's phone line, and have tried filing a complaint online just gor it to NEVER go through! UNACCEPTABLE!!! I have shelled out over 70 DOLLARS in these past few visits, WASTING my hard earned money, for AWFUL service, WRONG orders and COLD food!!! Something needs to be made right or I absolutely WILL be filing a law suit. You may say it's ONLY 70 dollars, but I only MAKE 70 dollars a day working part time TWO days a week. If something isn't done to rectify this, you WILL hear from my lawyer. THAT is a PROMISE!!! I will NOT be returning to McDonald's of Hertford until something is FIXED. This is PATHETIC!

I rang myself up sobof course 5 stars there it was clean inside... my burger was throw together as in I had to put it together when I got where I was going ....it was hot that's the reason for the 2 stars

I sat in the drive thru. looking at my food on the counter while the employees were talking away. I can only hope it was a safety meeting that was more important than customers. I doubt it being as when I got my food, the young gentleman said, "Here ya go," and went back to their conversation. I do hope they got it worked out in that safety meeting. It sure seemed important!
