This is the only restaurant that I guess can decide they can close two hours early and be a bunch of idiots leaving the doors unlocked and storage shed unlocked with it wide open/ I guess they can pick and choose when they wanna work restaurant shouldn’t be closed at 11 when it’s posted it closes at 1 am

If I could leave 0 stars I would. There wasn’t a single item on my order that was not either made plain (when I didn’t request it) or just straight up not what I ordered. T.R.A.S.H A.S.S. MCDONALDS.

NGL, probably one of the worst McDonald's I've been to in a while. Paid 40$ for food that was somehow very burnt yet really cold. I was also misled by their deceptive marketing, no monopoly pieces, no boo basket. Yall should really take down the signs advertising it if you don't want customers asking about it.
Unfortunately its one of the few restaurants Hertford has but if im being honest, it might just be worth the drive to Edenton to get decent food.

If you are like most, and think the best thing at McDonald's is their fries. Please learn from my mistakes. It doesn't matter the time or day. These fries are usually grease logged or old grease. When you pull in the drivethru you can smell the old grease in the trap. I've tried numerous times to give them a chance. Its sad because there are only two fast food restaurants in this town.

I went to the McDonald's in Hertford and went to the drive through and they didn't have any tea the burger I asked to have no tomatoes did and the six piece only had four nuggets and my French fries were so hard I could use them as toothpicks and the staff was extremely rude so this McDonald's hands down is the worst one I have ever been to!!

This was a pick-up from counter app order that went flawlessly. Ample parking, staff busy but not overwhelmed, and food assistance expected. No complaints. Would stop again when in the area.
The employees that we encountered were really nice. They food was typical McDonald's food. The fries were cold and the cheese burgers were just warm. The chicken nuggets did not have the dipping sauce. We were traveling and ate on the road so we did not go back for the missing sauce.
