The Mc ds in Hertford NC had an employee in the drive-through get my card number and ordered $85 on some lady clothing app. 5 mins after I left. My card notified me. I called there. Don't know if she was fired or not.

I'm not a fan of Mcds, but I needed something. I ordered a kids double hamburger small fries, and here is when it went wrong. I ordered a Mc Café Caramel Frapé, which they did not have. So I ordered a small Dr. Pepper, which they also did not have. The service was good though the employees were nice.

They can't follow the posted hours in the door for the dining room hours I can only imagine what other things to take shortcuts in. If you're done your hours are wrong why not just change them on the door so there's no confusion. Maybe that's due to being understaffed???? Not really a excuse.

I had to ask for sauce to go along with my nuggets and sugar to use in my coffee. The employee didn't ask me.
I would not recommend you go to this McDonald's. Everytime I go there something is missing or wrong. (And I go to this McDonald's almost every day) For example went there yesterday for food and coffe,(spent 40) I get my 2 large coffee take a sip and nothing but salt( instead of putting 10 sugars in they put 10 salt) so called an spoke to the manger , of course they all laughed and said the lady who put the salt in my coffee got it mixed up with the sugar)then she said she would put me in the book so I could get my coffee in the morning Well it didn't happen that way she didn't put me in the book.

What can you say about McDonald's it's the only pace I will buy breakfast when it comes to restaurants consistency is everything and McDonald's does a better job than probably than any other fast food restaurant majority of the time whatever restaurant you go to the food is always consistent north south east or west that's why McDonald's rules the fast food roost
