One of the best managers I've run across in a restaurant in years. Always on point, always freindly, makes it a pleasure to go to Subway again! Loyal customer for life. Keep up the good work folks.

Placed my order online. Cost $50 for 2 kids and 2 adults. I ordered our subs with what we wanted on them and they decided to put everything that we didn't want on them. When I get to my vehicle I realized that there was all this stuff thaty kids and wife won't eat. When I took it back they said I was stuck with it and I would have to reorder and spend another $50.

Quality of vegetables and meats were good place is clean. Price are much higher than a year ago since they keep changing there menu and taken good things away like sweet peppers.

My mistake for thinking they closed at 9pm. Apparently they close at 830 on Sundays, I arrived at 813pm. I asked woman if she was open she said yes so placed order. I ordered 3 footlong subs. She was visibly not pleased with my placing a large order. I was using a coupon that clearly had exclusions listed. This woman said coupon was only for Classic subs only. That is not what coupon stated. However, I just went with it. I gave her details for 2 of them and phoned wife to see what she wanted instead. Wife upset coupon not being honored as printed. I was reading available ones from menu via phone since her order needed to be changed. Worker raises voice stating she is closing soon. She could have been making the other 2 subs instead of waiting to hear what 3rd would be. Work smarter!!. I will drive to EC next time to another location and not INCONVENIENCE this lady again with asking her to make sandwiches which is in fact what I thought she was being paid to do. She should have just told me she was closed when I asked at 813 upon arrival that she could not take anymore orders. If you close at 830...in my opinion you take orders until then. I expected too much from this place I see now.

They would not take my coupons spent 68 dollars when it should of been half. Never will return. Great service.

Ordered online and the message said $0.00 after payment was made by card. Ready by 5:50. Arrived and they hadn't received the order. Placed the order again after waiting 10 minutes and it took another 10 minutes for them to receive the order. Was ordering online to use a coupon for a free sub. When the girl got ready to make the sub, I went over to make sure the bread we requested was available, since it wasn't the previous time. It was and I said, "I also want to make sure that the instructions came through that said double toast both subs with cheese before adding ingredients." That was not a problem the prior time. Due to the trouble placing the order, I wanted to make sure. Her response was "which one". I told her "both" and returned to my seat. I glanced over and see her putting tuna on the 1st sub before toasting. I then went over and I said, "No, no. I want them both toasted before you add the ingredients", to which she said, "it's a little late now". I was utterly amazed at that response and said "Just scrape it off and toast it first". She refused to do it and said, "That's not what you said". I became livid at this point as I had already invested an hour trying to get an order processed. I said, "Are you going to make the damn sandwiches or not"? At this point, the manager on duty said, "I'm canceling the order. The money will go back to your card. So for losing my cool after trying to help them do things right, I'm the villain. What the hell has happened to customer service? I asked for the manager and she indicated she was the manager. I stormed out and shouted, "I will never patronize your business again". After returning home, I called the store and asked for the owner's name and number. Of course, she recognized my voice and said she had already talked with the owner and he said what she did was right. I then said, "Would you please have ". She hung up on, me. It would be interesting to know what she told the owner. I hope he sees this. I hope I have the opportunity to speak with him. This was poor customer service at best. I'm sharing this message here and within my community. This place needs personnel training. I allowed them to easily fix the situation and they were oblivious! Sure brought out the worst in me. Please do not patronize the Subway located in Hertford. Maybe they will get a clue. What a waste of time and gas... it is 15 minutes to and back roundtrip.
Fair service. Subway food is good for what it is. Lots of choices of sandwich condiments and toppings
