Food was good. Asked for coffee and was given my own pot l. My husband and I each got unique coffee mugs. That was fun. The building has definitely seen better days; it had old dinner vibes. It could use some updating. Service was average. Apparently on Saturdays they have an hour wait time. We went on a Monday at 10am and it was pretty empty and had a quick turn around. I would eat there again, but I don't think it's worth an hour wait time.

The Blue Bike is THE place for breakfast in Highlands. Excellent food with both classic and innovative menu choices. The service is great and the staff and other patrons are friendly. My wife said the veggie egg white omelet is the best she’s had and I love the classic eggs, bacon, and grits with a side of sour dough.

We were visiting Highlands for the weekend and came here for breakfast. The menu had lots of great choices and the service staff was very nice. They had very traditional breakfast choices and some creative options as well. If you are visiting Highlands this would definitely be a place to stop for breakfast one morning

Let me tell you a story of the best biscuits and gravy you will ever eat. Firstly, the biscuit is toasted to the ideal crisp, I mean crisp like a biscuit was born to be. Then, THEN,,, the gravy, it is perfection. I do not normally ever use that unattainable word, until today. The gravy is the most wonderful texture, the flavor is the best you have ever had, can't even use words to describe how perfect the gravy is. I was going to ask Simon for more gravy, then realized I had to put a leash on my biscuits and gravy hound. I'll be driving the hour and half again to eat there, yes I will drive an hour and half for B&G. And Simon, is a truly delightful human.
Excellent breakfast! Ordering at Blue Bike is like ordering clothes online where they say to order a size smaller than normal. The portions are more than generous but it’s so good you may try and finish the whole thing. Everything was super fresh and well prepared and considering the quantity, quite reasonably priced. The service was quite good as well. The telling sign was the number of locals/regulars that were eating there, definitely not a “tourist trap”. Two thumbs up.

Really great! Grits were the best I’ve ever had! We had a Western Omelet and the ham was perfectly chopped into very small cubes and side of hash browns were crispy on the edges. Need I mention the Bonuts…🫠! Dog friendly outside too! They even have a Pup menu on their people menu!!! It was extremely busy on Saturday so we got our food to go and walked to a nearby park to eat! So glad we chose to go but so many more things I want to try!
