The coffee was great but the barista working on Sat, May 3 was not friendly at all. He actually seemed bothered by our being there. After ordering three drinks, I purchased a $30 handwarmer mug from the display. He rang me up and literally put the mug on the counter and walked away. ??? I had to ask for a bag after which he visibly rolled his eyes and then handed it to me without a word. It was a bizarre and disappointing experience.
We came to the mountains to get away for Easter weekend and found this absolutely amazing little coffee shop hide away in highlands nc, what a cute little coffee shop… me and my wife absolutely loved the coffee and the coffee cake was so delicious, it was nice and warm and super fresh…absolutely recommend to anyone wanting coffee in the mountain area… We bought a coffee mug that we will always remember the coffee shop in the mountains… the owners where there and they were...
Very nice place to get coffee and hangout for a bit.
We got a large caramel macchiato and it was decent, idk if they just don’t add sugar to it but we had to use 6 packets of turbinado sugar to make it taste good and sweet.
