Lovely experience and cute place to chill. The pasty is amazing and not too sweet.

Delicious, delicate desserts and pastries in a beautiful setting! Each pastry is a work of art and tastes just as good as it looks!
So glad we stopped in on a recent sisters trip to Highlands. This will definitely be added to our “must visit” spots when we visit this area again! Highly recommend!!

Beautiful setting with even more beautiful pastries (it was as if you’d stumbled onto patisserie week from the great British bake off, but set in Highlands). Absolutely worth the stroll from Main Street.

Unmatched beautifully and decadently crafted pastries!!! The flavors are perfect! The palate is taken to a European pastry shop right away! This place is a MUST if you’re visiting the Highlands!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I know Highlands is known for Old Edwards Inn but it should also be known for Edelweiss the most amazing pastry boutique on the planet! Such beautiful grounds, charming store/eatery, and breathtaking deserts that are true pieces of art! Choosing just ONE indulgence is almost impossible here. And the owners are as kind as they are talented. I didn’t know that having a beautiful red mushroom desert was on my bucket list but apparently it is. And if you think her individual crafted items are unbelievable you should see her special order cakes. Life changing! Everyone needs to experience this fabulous place!

On vacation and had to stop! The pastries are truly a masterpiece in both design and flavor! Highly recommend! (We messed it up opening the box, but you’ll get the idea in the picture).

Great coffee-dessert spot in Highlands. In Victorian style house, exquisite pastries and bakes with an elevated culinary vibe.
