We enjoyed their salmon cakes immensely, that they make from their own poached salmon and then into patties. We served it with the aioli, on a bed of greens. It’s like getting a catered meal just for two. Love the people there. Rare breed.
I think the other review about this place is wrong. This is a take-out/catering location. There is no dine in. Everything we have ordered for take out has been delicious! We have ordered meals here for years, and have never been disappointed.
Since I write Mountain Flavors food column for the newspaper some people think I cook al the time. Well, I do love to cook but only when I want to cook. That is where the Kitchen Carryaway solves many entertaining times for me. We all loved Holly but I must say the new owners are fab cooks and charming people who make entertaining on any level possible. We look forward to their weekly emails with their menu selections.
