We've been to Highlands many times, but this was the first time (Dec 19, 2023) we've dined at Resorante Paoletti. It will certainly not be the last time. In fact, we will make it a point to dine with them every time we visit Highlands!

Overall, food was good. But rushed in and out. It’s a machine. No way the crème brûlée wasn’t made ahead and fired at the last second. Focus on the clientele rather than maximizing the profits and could be world class
