Paoletti’s was awesome!!!!! My first time, even though I lived in Highlands 2019-2021 and frequently come back to visit. The service was so professional. Gina touched our table 3 times! I had the Linguine Pescatore with shrimp, scallops, clams, and mussels and it was to die for. Can’t wait to come back. Don’t miss this gem on Main St Highlands. Small business is the backbone of America!

I never write reviews to be honest but I had to this time. We’ve been several times over the years. We used to enjoy it. Unfortunately, the food is now much more expensive than it should be. It’s just good but not exceptional! We have been to A LOT of nice restaurants and never paid $41 for bolognese. Service was very good! But when I have to pay $19 for 1/4c pasta on the side for my child (no exaggeration) no thank you! We have no problems paying for good food! Family of 6 foodies. So sad to say we won’t be back. They’ve gotten a little too full of themselves.

We really enjoyed this classic Italian restaurant. My husband and I started with martinis and then each had a glass of wine that the waiter matched to our food. All of the drinks were great. We had a tasty artichoke appetizer. Our kids had two excellent pasta dishes, and we enjoyed the fish made to order. We also had tiramisu and gelatos that were good too. The family owners are very personable, adding a nice touch to the experience. Our waiter was also very sweet. Good vibes and continental food in a beautiful mountain town!

Great food , great restaurant and exceptional service make Paoletti’s one of our favorite places to visit when we’re in highlands .
Did not get it. Seems like a place that gets high ratings because the hotels are full as are the nearby rentals and housing. The front desk folks were unable to manage simple tasks. If you have a reservation, give it a try. But if they seriously expect you to wait an hour, it's not worth it.
