Incredible service and atmosphere. We were visiting from Asheville and it was a fantastic dining experience. Food was perfect and our server was very helpful with wine pairings. Will be coming back!

Had such a wonderful time at Paolettis in Highlands NC! First time to the town getting to celebrate my friend's 40th birthday, so glad we could dine here! Wonderful food, service, and ambiance!

My wife Brenda and I have eaten our way throughout ITALY and Paoletti makes you feel like you are sitting in St Mark's square in Venice feasting on a true Italian meal. Mamma G will greet you with her welcoming smile and Sharon from Florence Italy and Natalie will seat you while Julio, Zack , Gina and Brian will regale you with their exquisite menu and extensive wine selection. Massi the naive Italian chef will titillate
the most discriminating palate with his epicurean delights. We have eaten at Paoletti many times and any trip to Highlands must include dinner at this jewel of a restaurant that will leave any gourmand enthralled.

We had a wonderful time and the food was absolutely marvelous. The service was impeccable. We will definitely be back.
So I had the Snapper Piccata special, was just ok, nothing special My husband had the Cioppino which he said was very good. The place is vey nice and the staff is great but I think it's way overpriced.

We have been coming to The Highands for years, but have never been to Paoletti’s….big mistake! This is hands down the best Italian meal my family has ever had. From the warmest welcome, by Mama G, to incredibly attentive service, we felt right at home! But the food - literally everything we had was next level delicious. The lasagna was so good, my daughter almost shed a tear! Ha! Overall, this will become a MUST have dinner from here on out. We will be back!!!

We went there for an early dinner at 5pm today, a Friday. We had never been to Highlands and didn't know what to expect. My wife and I had recently moved to GA after growing up in the Northeast and living in NYC for the past 7 years. To be honest, the quality of the food and service was as good or better as we had in NYC. Our server (Bryon or Byron, not sure) was great. Very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu and wines. All in all a fantastic experience and would highly highly recommend Paoletti's if you are in Highlands, NC. A real gem.

Always a treat to dine at Paoletti! I have been visiting Highlands since I was young, and this remains a favorite. My entire family loves everything about this special restaurant. We do not consider it a successful weekend in Highlands unless we can dine here! Recently, I was there on a busy holiday and it was no different than any other night--I am always impressed with how they make everyone feel like family and deliver the best service and food with a smile. Simply outstanding-thank you!

From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with a warm, inviting atmosphere and the delightful aroma of fresh, flavorful dishes.
Juan was extremely attentive, always ensuring that our needs were met promptly. We had a wonderful conversation with Gina when she checked in to make sure everything was to our satisfaction.
The food is the star of the show. Each dish is thoughtfully prepared with high-quality ingredients, offering a delicious blend of flavors that leave you wanting more. The ricotta gnocchi , in particular, is a standout that’s not to be missed.
In summary, Ristororante Paoletti provides a wonderful dining experience with excellent food, great service, and a welcoming ambiance. It’s a place worth visiting and revisiting.

This place is 5/5!!!!!!!!!! The bartender, Nicole, was absolutely amazing. The food - we got oysters Rockefeller (best ever had), lobster ravioli, lamb chops, and bolognese. Everything tasted extraordinary or like it was straight from Italy. The tiramisu for dessert legit was the best nightcap. This restaurant has been added to our must haves when we visit the Highlands. If you haven’t been, go, it will be the BEST experience and food of your life.

My husband and I dined at Ristorante Paoletti this evening and were thoroughly impressed not just by the delicious food, but by the exceptional management displayed by the owner, Mama G. Despite encountering two incredibly rude customers who were quite disruptive and crass, she handled the situation with remarkable grace and professionalism. Mama G addressed the issue calmly and ensured that all the guests, including my husband and I, were treated with the utmost respect and care. It’s clear that she values a positive dining experience for everyone, which only added to the overall charm of the place. The meal was fantastic; I highly recommend the escargot as well as the Cannelloni all’Emiliana, which is the oldest recipe/item on the menu, and truly unique! The delicious food and the exemplary customer service, by both our waiter and Mama G, truly made this visit memorable. Highly recommend this lovely family owned (for four generations) restaurant!

Always amazing! A not to be missed restaurant when you are in Highlands! Bar tender is terrific. It is family owned and they are purposeful regarding the items on their menu. House made pastas from family recipes, cheeses from Italy, the freshest ingredients in all their dishes and desserts that are some of the best!
