I'm in the drive-thru order Two Country Ham biscuits and four piece supreme dinner and a BLT biscuit combo get home and No Ham biscuits and I call the Store back and they said to come back so I did and they still didn't give them to me so now I’ll go to Biscuit Ville in Fuquay

I do like Bojangles and there's times I'm okay with waiting for the hot food that they make at this store. This location just lacks customer service skills. On top of that, the drive-thru is not as quick as any other drive-thru. They just let customers pile up and things get out of hand. There's really no leadership there

The drive thru mornings is awful. Cannot multitask whatsoever. Slow, slow, slow. Doesn’t need to be working a drive thru period.

Eduardo in drive thru deserves a raise. He is the epitome of customer service. I think he HAD to be trained at “the other” chicken place. Needed napkins/sauces/a smile…anything- he has it covered! He even made sure our dogs each received a tiny piece of bacon in a cute little tray while we waited on our order to be completed. 5 stars. Eduardo- YOU ROCK! Bojangles- you’ve got a manager on your hands.
