Waited in line to get chicken nuggets and my husband went next door to get Taco Bell after dropping me off I was first in line and he got his food and came back before anyone even said can I help you or he right with you. The floors were slippery and the bathrooms disgusting. I was gagging in there. It’s not the staffs fault- although they could have said be right with you- but they were running around. Seems to he poor management happening

Great staff and the managers are so nice and welcoming and helpful and service is always quick occasionally it’s slower when it’s a large volume of people but they bring out orders so fast!! The food as well is also great I always order either a four piece supreme combo or an egg and cheese biscuit!!! :)

I went for lunch on 10/27 ahead of a trip to Texas, the service was extremely slow and employees were shouting at each other. Food was not fresh the chicken must have been fried least twice, skin was as hard as Chinese arithmetic. I said ok they are short of help and having a bad day. Went back on 11/1, same thing service extremely slow, no sense of urgency at all, dinning room dirty, bathroom horrible and order incorrect. Worst customer service I have ever experience. Your manger needs to be fired and your employees need serious retraining, nothing but chaos and bad attitudes. I will not be back ever.

Bojangles has moved away from a food fast model. We learned buying food from them needs to be ordered in advance like pizza. We visited two different Bojangles on two different days within 24 hours of each other. One visit was for dinner at 7:30 pm Wednesday, the other visit was at 11:00 am Thursday. We canceled one order of an 18 piece box after waiting 25 minutes only to find out our food was not even in process of being prepared, after we were told 10 minutes into our wait that they were out of one side and we were welcome to substitute or wait 15 minutes for the side we ordered. Our second visit we were told up front it would be 30 minutes. We left. There is a high likelihood there will not be a third visit, unless we are in the mood to sit down and wait for our food to be prepared like a restaurant with service.

Came here for a quick bite with my family after a beach trip. Food was fresh and hot given it was around 7:30pm. Staff saw my little dog with me and were so kind. They gave him a whole meal for himself! (Just a little grilled chicken) and fresh water. Everyone was so kind, polite, and friendly . We will be back each beach trip from now on!

I don't like leaving bad reviews but this was the absolute worst service and food I've ever received at a Bojangles. The employee taking the order and giving out the food at drive thru was extremely rude, rushing orders, could not count change, and rolled her eyes when we asked for a condiment. Food was cold and dry, will NOT be returning!

Every time I go here, I get cold bow rounds, and the food might be warm at best. It’s like you can’t get anything fresh unless you ask for it and then when you do, they have something to say about it. I asked for fresh bow round when I got to the window after the girl took me money guy came to the window And told me they were fresh when he put them in. If that counted I told him to let me give him a cold, soggy one and a hot fresh one and he could tell me the difference.
