First time eating here and the food was so very good. Loved the specials and personal service from the server and chief. I would return and recommend it. It is not fancy but you are made to feel welcome. Great experience overall

Amazing food! Amazing service! I needed a restaurant to seat 20 people for a wedding rehearsal dinner. I put out an inquiry on a Topsail FB page and Chef Chris was literally the only one to say we'll seat you! He worked out a menu and we booked the dinner for the back patio. Everyone enjoyed themselves and they loved the food, from appetizers to dessert. The shrimp and grits were so delicious. The Angus burgers were huge and the Caribbean chicken was a hit. Thanks Chris! And Emily & Becca the staff. Awesome!

The Brussels sprouts which were hard had way too much sauce “mayonnaise based” and the salads both Caesar and spinach had way too much dressing.

One of the best places we’ve eaten in North Carolina! Fresh water, great wine selection, beautiful authentic dishes, and creative food. Everything was absolutely delicious - we haven’t had anything like this around here before. Highly recommend!

Casual atmosphere, very pleasant service, and EXCELLENT food! Menu choices were limited, but everything the four of us ordered was fantastic: Brussel sprout appetizer, crabmeat &. cream cheese spring roll appetizer, salmon entree, chicken thigh entree, pork chop entree, and filet entree. The coconut crème brûlée and flourless chocolate cake were delicious! Will definitely be back!!

We had the short ribs and the shrimp special. Best short rib i ever had and the bride thoroughly enjoyed her shrimp. We dined outside so we could bring our dog. The service was impeccable and all the staff kept checking on us, including the head chef!

Chef Chris and his team at Fusion Blue do an excellent job with service if you dine in or take out. Their food is always great, never disappoints!! If you haven't checked them out, they're one of the best kept secrets in Holly Ridge! Located just off highway 17. Cheers 🤙

Finally some great food in our area! Full of flavor and style! The bang Bang Brussels Sprouts were great! Love the Crab and Cream Cheese Spring Rolls as well.

Went for lunch staff was very friendly, the food was a good amount. The corn beef ruben was very tasty, the Cajun turkey ruben could have used a little more spice, sweet potato fries were very good. Would definitely recommend for a good meal

We are vacationers from northeast Ohio where the food scene is incredible. We called this restaurant to see if they could accommodate a vegan in our group and chef Chris answered the phone and said it would be no problem. We headed over for dinner and were a little nervous at first as the restaurant is within another building and we were the only ones there. It turned out to be one of the best meals any of us have had in a long time. Chef Chris told us what could be modified to be vegan. Between the four of us we had the Brussels sprouts and street corn appetizer, French onion soup, the chefs special burger, chicken caprese sandwich, Jamaican chicken thighs, and he specially made a vegan stir fry. We also had the plantain dessert and flourless chocolate cake. Every single thing we got was incredible. My vegan husband usually has a hard time finding delicious and filling vegan meals when we travel to really touristy spots, but he hasn’t stopped raving about his meal. We are already trying to figure out if we can go back before the end of our trip. Give this place a shot: you will not be disappointed!

We accidentally ended up here for a date night while on vacation and we are glad we did! Chef Chris made a vegan dish from scratch for one person in our party. We did apps, entres, and dessert and it was all AMAZING!! Brussels sprouts app and the fried plantains are a MUST TRY!! Small menu, but so delicious!
