Chef Chris and his team at Fusion Blue do an excellent job with service if you dine in or take out. Their food is always great, never disappoints!! If you haven't checked them out, they're one of the best kept secrets in Holly Ridge! Located just off highway 17. Cheers 🤙
Went for lunch staff was very friendly, the food was a good amount. The corn beef ruben was very tasty, the Cajun turkey ruben could have used a little more spice, sweet potato fries were very good. Would definitely recommend for a good meal
We are vacationers from northeast Ohio where the food scene is incredible. We called this restaurant to see if they could accommodate a vegan in our group and chef Chris answered the phone and said it would be no problem. We headed over for dinner and were a little nervous at first as the restaurant is within another building and we were the only ones there.
