The pizza was yummy and they had good unique pizzas. The crust was super yummy and we enjoyed everything we had. They also had good tiramisu.

If you can find something to complain about maybe rethink your life choices. The service is beyond amazing. From walking in the door to the lovely hostesses, to attentive and helpful servers, to the hardworking guys in the kitchen (including the new guy learning to work the dough- we sat at the bar and you improved tremendously in an hour and half buddy! Nice job and the guy training was spectacular) you couldn’t ask for more.
Nice wine selection and reasonable prices. Had a lovely montepulciano d'abruzzo that was perfect with the food and not overpriced.
We had a margherita pizza and calzone with some add ins on a rec from our server. Both were perfectly cooked and the calzone was oozing with cheese and the crusts on both were to die for. I know people like to get very judgey about pizza and I’ve enjoyed it from all over the world. I’d travel back for this in a heartbeat.
Lastly came the impulse to indulge in the cheesecake with strawberries. Pretty sure you could get arrested for the sounds and faces I made eating this cheesecake. I’m not a dessert person but this was one of the best. It’s dense and very cheesy, with a thin layer of crust and a light and fluffy whipped crème. It’s a large serving and even when you’re full, you need to make room!
Start to finish, this place is an absolute must!

Pizza was decent, nothing except. Restaurant was very misleading. They only serve personal size pizzas, so as a family, you pay too much. Also, sweet tea was Pure Leaf served in a plastic bottle. No refills. The waitress didn’t seem to understand the concept of sweet tea in the south. Will not be returning. Paid $70 for 3 people to eat pizza.

We had takeout from Margherita Pizza. Our first time. We weren't able to place an order by phone so had to drive to the location. Our order was Lorenzo's famous garlic bread, San Gennaro pizza, plain cheese pizza (NY Style), Pure Leaf sweet tea and cannoli. While waiting, I realized it was a good thing we showed up to place the order. The restaurant was so noisy that the server wouldn't have been able to hear me. The garlic bread was good. The plain cheese pizza could be a little lower in price since it had no toppings. The San Gennaro didn't have any onions or peppers. I could taste the sausages but didn't see any. Don't get me wrong. It was spicy and had flavor, but lacking in ingredients. Overall, the order was tasty but overpriced. Since they have a website, they could set up an online ordering system. I do not recommend placing any order by phone.

My family is visiting Topsail for the week and wanted to eat local pizza for dinner on our first night (Tues night in mid August). We are a party of 2 adults and 2 kids. The first restaurant we stopped at had an hour wait so we decided to try somewhere else. We ended up at Margherita Pizza. It was not very busy and we were able to be seated right away. Our waitress was friendly, food came out quickly and everything was fresh. We ordered a cheese pizza, stromboli and Cesar salad to all share. The food was good but nothing to write home about. It wasn't bad but not anywhere we would really look forward to going back to.

My family of 4 ate here and it cost $85 ($95) with tip, for 4 SMALL pizzas and a stromboli appetizer, no soda, just water. The dough was paper thin, the SKIMPY cheese amount was nothing I have ever seen on a pizza (it skimmed the pizza at best), had blackened spots on bottom and it tasted burnt. I have NO idea how this place gets such high reviews. My local pizza shop sells 2 larges for under $30 (not burnt), and I used to think that was a rip off. Minus the burnt taste, it didn't taste good on top of that! My wife makes pizza at home and this would have literally cost less than $2 a pizza to make, if that, and they are charging $19 a pizza for two SKIMPY meat toppings? Thank you to this restaurant and the Breezeway because you all caused us to save money. After eating at these two places and a couple others we decided we're going to the grocery store. No more eating out at Surf City for the rest of this vacation! Food isn't good, service is questionable at best, and the prices are outrageous!!
Rare you get NY pizza taste in NC, one of the best if not the best pizza I’ve had since I’ve been in NC. Lived in NC for almost 20 years, from NY man this hit the spot. Packed on a Friday night but the service was great, thanks Meghan D 🤙🏻.

I ordered a pizza with sausage and fire-roasted onions and peppers, but when the pizza arrived, it looked like a regular Margherita pizza. The waitress said that the toppings were just crumbled really small, but I had trouble seeing or tasting them. That was really disappointing for a $19 pizza. If you just want a plain Margherita pizza though, then this isn’t a bad spot. I bet you could order any pizza off the menu and still get one.
Ordered by phone on Friday night. Friendly answer and very quick service! Ordered the garlic bread and queen margarita pizza. Both were hot and delicious! Very authentic wood fired pizza with crisp crust and a slight char. Takeout so didn’t get to experience the place, but the bar and seating was busy! Definitely hit the spot for a pizza craving and will be back!
