The only reason I am giving less than 5 stars is because I feel like every time I order a cheesy gordita crunch, I am disappointed in it. There's legit no crunch to it. Maybe I have only been there when things have been sitting under the heat lamp for too long or something. The crunch is the best part of the cheesy gordita crunch in my opinion. That and baja blast are legit the only reason I ever even eat taco bell so it matters to me š

All I ordered was 2 chicken cantinas. It took them almost 45 min for 2 burritos. Both my burritos was burnt One person on the line for the dinning room and 2 to 3 people on the drive thru. Everyone in the lobby was mad. No oneās food was coming out in timely manner at all except the drive thru. An off duty employee showed up stated and argument with a customer then went outside and was shooting his mouth off talking if he had the power to can the customers order he would. This place is sad. No morality at all in there. Employees off duty or not should be arguing with customers. I feel like they need some sort of organization in this store. Management or something needs to be there at night itās not the first time Iāve seen this happen before just not this bad.

I always place a mobile order. My husband stopped on his,way home away, and grabbed them. Once my husband arrived at the drive thru the workers had him pull all the way around thw building and transferred it to a non drive thru terminal. I called taco bell to find out what was taking so long and bill the owner or manager acted like 28 minutes was a reasonable amount of time for 10 items. 2 of those items were drinks, 2 order of cinnamon twists a chicken rice bowl and the rest were tacos. When my husband got home our entire order was screwed up. The is the 3rd time in 3 monthd

Today, my mom and I went to Taco Bell to get a Mexican Pizzaāher favorite. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish.
The gentleman working the drive-thru window (older, possibly in his 40s, with a black mustache) was very rude. The first pizza my mom received had almost no toppings and wasnāt even cut. We drove back through to have it corrected, but instead of remaking it, he initially said, āI can just cut it.ā I explained that it needed to be remadeāshe paid $6 and drove from Holly Ridge to get this.
When he handed us the second pizza, it looked like it had been hastily thrown together. My mom didnāt want to drive back through again, so we left. Unfortunately, the second pizza didnāt taste right either, and the overall quality was unacceptable. The poor food presentation, combined with the rudeness of the staff member, made the entire experience unpleasant.
Iāve attached photos of both pizzas for your reference. This was a horrible experience, and I hope it can be addressed to prevent it from happening to other customers.
Mexican Pizza are obviously a problem here after taking a look at the reviews and thier photos.

Came to this location for a DOORDASH order, waited 10 mins for the order. I asked if they knew how long it was going to be because Iām from out of town and the car was running with my husband and 2year old in the car. The āmanagerā snapped and said she wasnāt on that order. I politely said if itās going to be a little while I could unassign and let someone else pick it up with no response. Then when I walk outside they decided to talk about me because when I came back in I hear āshh sheās right thereā then when we leave the āmanagerā walks outside to taunt. The woman is in her 40s acting like a child over a simple question.

Everything off of the menu that my family and I ordered was made to order and scorching hot! Fresh vegetables, Taco shells, Meat and Drinks. The crew and management were very polite and greeted everyone inside with a smile and very attentive and also told everyone if they needed anything else to let them know. I could tell that everyone dining enjoyed what they placed an order for! Apparently closes early due to holiday weekends but is in the hospitality industry, just go to Mcdonaldās or a location worth while. Not worth the drive odds are they will not prioritize your service, choose elsewhere!

I will never be going back to this Taco Bell they gave me soggy wet nacho fries and soggy Dorito tacos they also put tape over my frozen Baja blast and now there is tape in my drink Iām just trying to enjoy my vacation and instead Iām eating soggy wet disgusting nasty ugly fat food so thank you I guess
