I’m from Philadelphia and this is best sub I have had since I’ve been here, in years.The staff was very friendly; and food was fresh and just perfect .

I normally hate coming here when Hunter is not working because I'm allergic to lettuce and I like my sandwich a certain weird way. One time I ordered it with the Owner and he made fun of my food allergy and called me super weird for not liking my meat on my bread. [Normally I do the lunch run for my job but I can't actually eat for another hour or so and I don't like soggy sandwiches]. (And yes, I confirmed with him and the other employees that he was the actual owner.) Hunter wasn't there today BUT the manager was so so nice! She took extra precautions to ensure lettuce didn't touch my order and she understood me not wanting a soggy sandwich. Today was a great experience.

Usually really good. Everything I wanted on my sandwich didn't make it to the bread. Don't eat there if the gamer looking guy is making the sandwiches. My wife sandwich looked like it was dipped in mayonnaise. My sandwich looked like it had been dropped or came out of the trash and rapped. I guess it was just a off day for this staff.

We stopped by today and ordered an Italian on white with Mayo & mustard plus ALL the veggies except tomato’s plus oil and vinegar on the side, and then we repeated the order. When we got home there was no oil and vinegar on the side plus wheat bread on ONLY lettuce and meat, nothing else! Worst experience ever!!

The “manager” is very sarcastic, not customer friendly and clearly would rather be elsewhere. When I met his sarcasm with equal sarcasm he became very insulting making innuendos about my weight and insisting that I somehow thought less of food workers which is entirely untrue and to which I said nothing of the sort. We stopped her for lunch. It wasnt super busy but there was about 4 us. They no longer require mask to be worn.Over all the resturant looks like a local sub spot. Nothing over the top decoration or layout wise. Stuff is definitely a little dated. Menu as far as subs is not that hard to understand. Everything else is kind of all over the place. Advertising things all over not sure where to look.Food over all was good. We ordered the italian and 2 drinks. We would probably visit again.

The steak sub tasted burnt like the grill had not been cleaned in awhile. The flip side the side salad was awesome ?
Sub was not toasted as requested, bread was very stale, like it had been sitting out for days. Toppings were not as requested. Probably will not return.

After waiting for more than 90 minutes for our order, both subs were burnt. They were inedible. I will never order from them again.

I am addicted to the subs there. My favorite is the American Army. I try to call ahead or order online, otherwise, it may be awhile sitting there waiting, while the people who called or ordered online get theirs.
