Went to the drive thru ordered 2 sausage biscuits, bacon biscuit, pork chop griller, bo fries and 2 large dr peppers. Received 2 sausage biscuits, chicken biscuit, pork griller, Luke warm and hard fries, 1 large dr pepper and 1 large cup half filled or less with dr. Pepper. Seems like everytime i go there anymore, you better be ready to eat whatever they decide to give you... or that's their way of thinking.

This place is SLOW!!! It took an hour to receive some dangs chicken strips!!! Ridiculous!!

Please for the love of God, fix this store.
I visited and the ice machine didn’t even work. NO TEA was put out, a Bojangles with no sweet tea? Seriously?
The chicken supremes were literally dried up and crusty. As they gave me the last four from the batch that was maybe cooked an hour ago, all crusty and dried up, I heard them call for more supremes. Oh so I get the last 4 crusty and dried bunch that should be thrown away, but the very next dude gets fresh?
I wasted my money. No tea. No ice. No fresh food. On top of that, the staff was constantly being loud. There’s a drive thru stacked with cars and people in line, and they’re in the back laughing and quit literally yelling at each other.
I love Bojangles, but this was absolute terrible experience. I’ve worked in culinary settings for 10 years and whoever the general manager is should be fired because between staff just not doing their job, no tea, no ice, no fresh food, no sense of urgency to get the customer back on their daily routine…an absolute waste of money.

On the bright side, the biscuit was actually pretty fresh and good. Good job guys!

Order their new Bo bites & fries & iced tea. They checked me out of the register at 2:21 said they were waiting on fries! So at after 15 mins waiting I figured I better go inside. Well know one is there I came in the door twice to ring the bell. Finally someone comes out and I see my chicken still at the counter the fry alarm going off fries are done. The fries I got were under cooked my chicken was cold and they didn’t give me a straw.. I was in the drive thru. Was very disappointed in the service . 17 minutes for fries!?!?

I ordered ahead for a specific time for curbside delivery. Waited 5 minutes past the delivery time before deciding to go inside the store to wait, to make sure they got my order. Afterwards, it took another 25 minutes to get my food. All I ordered was bo's bites and fries.

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. I’ve watched the drive thru move all the cars out multiple times. And have yet to get my food that I was told “would be brought out to you as soon as it’s done”. Does it take 30 minutes to make chicken? Nope. And what’s the point of curbside pickup if you don’t bring the food out. I’m sick as a dog and would rather not get anyone else sick.

Was a crazy experience, first off pulled to the drive thru window and they had a paper taped to it that said no bone in chicken, and some other stuff. Then ordered our food and got around and the kid said with a smile on his face that I was gonna be mad because he didn't have any bo chickens prepped for the sandwiches we ordered. I then asked him well what now, and he said oh I just have to thaw them for 3 mins in water then cook them 5 mins so it will be 8 mins and I had to pull around. I pulled around, and then after a few mins the manager came out and said that they didn't have any bo chicken sandwiches at all. Long story short, she gave us chicken supreme dinners instead, and we left because they had everything out of wack and I wanted nothing else to do with it.

Sat in drive thru, not one person came over intercom to take our order. Drive around to parking lot to go inside. Would rather be talking outside and others inside talking to friends and not really working. In the time it took for them to get French fries, peach cobbler and mashed potatoes there was a huge line at drive thru and still no one on the intercom.

Poor girl was at the register by herself having to take orders and pack them and pack DoorDash orders nobody was helping her people in the kitchen are arguing and all the mean while the manager walking around or in the back on her cell phone NOT HELPING ANYONE !! As a manager she should be all hands on helping where needed !!! The young lady at the counter was doing her best but getting very stressed and overwhelmed and on top of that biscuits are over cooked

This location has gone downhill FAST! We haven’t had any issues until recently. I went the other day to order my food in the drive thru. The employee over the speaker had a slight attitude with me, but regardless. I ordered 2 Cajun filet sandwiches. I asked for them both with just cheese and bacon added. The employee goes “sooo… a club?” And I said “sure?” I assumed a club meant just bacon and cheese like I asked if that’s what was suggested to me by someone who works there. Then I pull up and pay and she told me to pull up to the side door and they would bring my order out. I was waiting there for a while and then the employee brought out one bag and quickly ran off back inside before I could check the bag and see that I was missing half my order. Plus I still didn’t have my two drinks. So I called the store because I wasn’t dressed to go inside, which is why I was going through the drive thru. So I called and told them what I was missing. It was 2 peach cobblers, a couple sauces, and the 2 drinks. It took at least 10/15 minutes for it to come out. Then the same employee who brought out my first bag brought out the other bag and my drinks and she asked “oh did you forget something?” And I said “no, half of my order was missing”. Then I drove home and the food from the first bag that was given to me was cold. The sandwiches didn’t just have cheese and bacon on them like I asked for, they also had mayo, lettuce, and tomato. Which makes sense with then being rang in by the employee as club sandwiches. So I’m not sure why the employee condescendingly said “so you want a club?” When it clearly includes things I didn’t ask for. Regardless, I had to leave for work shortly after I got home because I spent way longer sitting in the drive thru waiting for my order than I planned, so my husband went back the next day to ask for a remake. He got the remake, brought it back home and the remake was worse quality than the original order! Cold and soggy fries and cold and rubbery chicken. He went back again today to ask for another remake and told them what was wrong with it and the employee said that she was the one who remade it so she knows there was ”nothing wrong with it” but that she’d remake it anyway. Then goes to the back and comes back up to the front to say that her manager said she can’t remake it actually and that we were supposed to bring the food back if we want it remade which wasn’t told to us when we had the first remake. Then that employee tried to argue that WE were the ones at fault for “not checking” the food? Like we’re supposed to take a bite of everything before we leave? It can LOOK correct but still TASTE wrong. At this point, we’ve wasted so much in gas driving back and forth, it’s pointless. Doesn’t seem like a single employee there wants to take any accountability for something being wrong and they don’t care about food quality.

Sausage biscuit was cold. Cashier swiped my card for the wrong order. I asked for refund back to my card since it was not my fault. I was told it was the same price by the drive thru window cashier women. Was not the same price and I already waited in the drive thru long enough so I just left without my refund. Never coming back. Don’t recommend.

If I could get them zero I would give them no stars, I ordered eight-piece family meal through the app sweet potato pie lemonade, these people gave me a bucket of burnt chicken no lemonade no sweet potato pie and had an attitude, are my son went to pick it up everyone was sitting outside they told me he had to walk inside he could not go to the drive-thru to pick up a online order, bad experience terrible food was closed by the time I got my order rice was mush, chicken was burnt I rather them not have taken the order online shut your system down at a certain time then give people garbage that can't be eaten.$39 wasted very unprofessional
