Every once in a while you find a bojangles that have owners that are too cheap to buy brown gravy and try and pass off the white breakfast gravy onto the mashed potatoes at lunch and dinner. This is one of those Bojangles.

The cashier was friendly and professional but they only had chicken tenders and fries. there was napkins all over floor and drinks spilled on the half wall and the floor. And sugar all over the drink area. I won't return.

Never had bad Bojangles until today. Fries tasted like they got made this morning . Took 10 min to take one order . Biscuit tasted burned.

Worse red beans and rice i ever had in my life. Ordered a 2pc meal. Open the box and started laughing in disbelief. The chicken was so Small. The bread was cpld and hard! Do not think i will ever eat Bojangles again.

We didn’t even waste our money. We walked in and didn’t get greeted at all. When the guy finally did come to the counter he was very rude and short. No hello nothing. Just straight asking me what i wanted. Then walked away before i could even get a chance to order. Super rude. We were gunna spend a good $40+ getting a family tailgate meal and some. I stood there waiting to get help to order when i happened to look towards the back and watch a guy in the back bagging someone’s order with his glove on shoving food in his mouth at the same time. Instantly said Nevermind let’s go and went to Smithfield instead. So disappointed. Terrible customer service. Very unsanitary and gross.

We're all seeking perfection, right? But when you order something and you don't get it, it's a downer. I will pay attention a lot more here. Especially near closing. They did not add a second breast I was requesting, nor did they add the four extra biscuits that I had ordered. They are my parents' favorites, and I'll be trying to win them over with Hardee's in the morning sometime.

Food is cold, I got two dirty rice bowls with chicken... Apparently people that work with food, you have to WASH YOUR HANDS FIRST before You have to put GLOVES ON. ALSO WEAR A HAT OR A HAIR NET WHENEVER YOU'RE AROUND FOOD!! If I was a health inspector I would've closed this place down or given a low rating. The manager acted like she didn't care when I asked her a question about the people that work with food behind the counter. The place that has rice and fries... She said they're not required to wear gloves and headgear.. which is not true. I observed everything. I'm not coming back to this location. This is disgusting.
Took 10 minutes standing unattended at the register just to give my order.

Went to the drive thru ordered 2 sausage biscuits, bacon biscuit, pork chop griller, bo fries and 2 large dr peppers. Received 2 sausage biscuits, chicken biscuit, pork griller, Luke warm and hard fries, 1 large dr pepper and 1 large cup half filled or less with dr. Pepper. Seems like everytime i go there anymore, you better be ready to eat whatever they decide to give you... or that's their way of thinking.
