These people are rude and don't answer the phone. I called multiple times to see what they can do about my 5yr old kids meal. I ordered a chicken leg meal and they gave my baby a spicy leg. Unfortunately I ordered supremes so couldn't share my meal with him. We are home settled with shoes off ready to eat, because if the freezing weather I'd rather not take my kids back out so now I have to cook him a separate meal. The lady at the drive through window didn't say 2 words to me. Work in the kitchen if you don't want to talk to the customers. I will NEVER return. Person working drive through at 6pm 12/17/2025 really should be fired

Sanitation score was a bit low in my opinion at 96%. It ain’t the lowest but still… my bacon biscuit was ok. It was definitely cool. The Bo-Berry biscuits were absolutely undercooked. Inside the kitchen was absolutely filthy. Wish I could have snapped a picture.

I have ordered twice from this location and my food has always been fresh nothing missing from my order, extra condiments! I will definitely make this my go to location
The store manager Nate and employee Rhoda went above and beyond today for my large order for an assisted living community! I called earlier today to make sure my order was received from the night before and it wasnt received. That wasnt an issue and found it right away and waited for me to arrive before making it to ensure it was hot and fresh! It was so much appreciated by the facility and made their breakfast special! You typically do not find this kind of customer service in a fast food restaurant, but these employees and management have it together and I highly recommend this location. THANK YOU NATE AND RHODA!!

Drive through service is horrible. They need to hire some help. The one person seemed to be doing all of the work, while the other 2 just stood there with puzzled, depressed looks on their faces. If you shop here, don't plan on being in a hurry.

Not Bojangles Standard Dirty Rice. Im 44, been eating Bojangles since I was 3. The worst dirty rice I ever tasted. Feels like mash potatoes, no seasoning and its over cooked. I ordered just a biscuit and individual dirty rice. Im just going to est the biscuit. Its raining, so im not coming back out. Doubtful if I ever come back! Aug 11, 2025 811pm

i’m from charlotte where they bascially raise their kids on bojangles so i’ve been to a LOT of locations and am well aware of how hit or miss they can be.
this one right here might just be my new favorite one. everything was perfect today, august 9 around 3:30 pm. 10/10
