Do NOT order curbside pickup from this location… drive thru is way faster. I had two biscuit combos and a kids meal and watched probably 25 cars or more go thru the drive thru with no issues. MORE THAN 30 MINUTES LATER I get my food. Absolutely ridiculous wait time for a curbside order. I even called TWICE before having to walk in myself to get it. Food was cold

This is our local Bojangles that we love to go too and today it was so dirty in the inside. All tables were dirty, trash was running over, the trays under the tea dispensers were overfilled and the outside of the building needs attention as well. The front entrance had cobwebs, spiders and was just filthy. Noticed the grade dropped to a 90 and I can see why. Just bringing to your attention because we love our local Bojangles!

Bojangles hits the spot every time with its bold, Southern-style flavors. The fried chicken is crispy and seasoned just right, and the biscuits are hands-down some of the best around. It’s comfort food done right.

Went to Bojangles to get late dinner at 8:30 pm on 4-19-2025 Saturday night. Pulled up to drive thru to Oder our dinner. 4pc chicken dinner supreme and before I was done ordering, I was told they didn’t have any biscuits. I asked them how long would it be before the biscuits would be done ? I then was told they would not have NO BISCUITS FOR THE REST OF THE NIGHT!!!! I then asked well since there’s no biscuits can they substitute in place of the biscuit that came with my dinner and NOPE they would not nor could not substitute for not having any biscuits for the rest of the night. I had my heart set on a Bojangles biscuit too!!! So it was KFC for our Saturday night dinner.

This is fourth time I have to this location at 7:30–8:00 pm, they said they were out of nearly everything. There was no bone-in chicken and only one or two sides to choose from. The location does not close until 10:00 pm. It is ridiculous that they just decide not to cook more food two hours before closing. It is lazy and shows poor management. I had to repeat my order multiple times because the employee taking my order was distracted by other employees playing around. Several employees were on their phones, taking selfies and making videos together. Very poor service and management. I will not be back.
Employees talk junk saying they threw the food away After their manager told them to take my order at 9:52. Pulled into drive thru lights were off nobody greeted me. Called the store, manager on duty Nate tried to tell me I'm calling wrong store because his lights are on and nobody is at his speaker as I said I'm at the window now. His employees were talking junk about making two 4 piece supremes. Which made me cancel my order as I stated to them it's not that serious as everybody gets paid by the hour right which Nate interrupts and says not really because he gets salary so backing his employees junk talk didn't try to attempt to make my order they were all ready to go at 9:50. As I have years of experience in food industry you never close a store early as that has always been ground for termination!

Food use to be great now they give you old fries with a whole bottle of seasoning. I asked for light seasoning and they gave me old fries so when I gave them back they put a couple of fresh fries on the top of the same fries with loaded seasoning. I’m done going there. This is a repeat thing so I’ve learned my lesson.
