They have AI taking your order. Hard to support a business taking away jobs from people. They didn’t give us utensils with our order. Only the drive thru is open so we had to go up to the window to get them. Not super road trip friendly by any means. Save yourself the headache

Horrible location. Only 2 employees working. App asked us if we wanted curbside delivery. After waiting a long time we called and was told to go to the drive thru which was long. She said they only have 2 employees working and they had not started on our order. We ended up canceling the order. Horrible experience.

Had to go through the drive-through because the inside was closed for renovations, they have AI taking your order, it didn’t pick up my food when we got to the window to add it on the food it missed. I was told that I can’t add onto my order. The young man said ā€œ she said I can’t ā€œ referring to the manager. As some one who has worked in fast food you definitely can add in to an order before you pay. Honestly it’s just extreme laziness.

Visiting family up the road. Stopped at 7:30pm only drive through open. Tried placing order their AI system had issue said getting team Member. After 3 minutes just waiting and 4 more cars just drove off and no car at window. Should be instant to get real person when issue with your AI. Just drove across street to WaWa for food. Lost a Customer if close dining room that early on a Friday.

Out of ice and out of sweet tea. Gave us 2 ranch sauces when we asked for 1 ranch and 1 barbecue. Of course not one napkin. I know people make mistakes but maybe pay attention to orders instead of putting all your focus on talking about your personal life drama at work.

I stopped by the Bojangles on Chickenfoot Rd. one recent Saturday since I live nearby and usually enjoy their chicken and biscuits. I ordered two chicken legs, fries, and a biscuit through the drive-thru (the lobby was closed), and by the time I got home, the biscuit and chicken were great — but the fries were completely cold. I tried calling the store several times to report the issue, but no one answered the phone. A few days later, I drove back to share what happened, hoping they’d acknowledge the issue and help make it right.

When I explained the situation, the staff immediately asked if I had a receipt. I didn’t — but I made it clear I wasn’t asking for anything free, just that I’d like to place a fresh order for a chicken breast, fries, and biscuit that day. Instead of offering any real solution, the employee told me she couldn’t give me anything for free (again, not what I asked for), but she’d charge me for my previous meal and give me what I was ordering today. I agreed and paid cash again. When I got my food, the fries were hot and the biscuit was fine, but the chicken looked soggy, greasy, and as if it had been sitting in the ā€œwasteā€ pile — definitely not fresh.

At that point, I’d had enough. I asked for a refund, told them I’d just go home and cook, and left disappointed. The customer service was dismissive, and the food quality was inconsistent at best. I highly recommend checking every part of your order before pulling away from the drive-thru. Once you’re gone, there’s no way to reach them by phone, and if you come back, don’t expect great service.

One Two

I called the Bojangles to place my order and I was a tadbit well my tone could have been better. I walked to the drive-thru due to my parking situation on the ramp as a federal transportation worker. Once I arrived at the window, immediately I saw the manager on duty waiting for me and remember seeing him well-groomed representing Bojangles and not a slight attitude against me of which I automatically apologized for my tone over the phone and um I saw the cook well-groomed as well and those two working harder than me honestly you know and work appearance cleaner by groom and so I had to check myself once I walked back to the semi truck and trailer. I really appreciate those two representing Carolina by work appearance cause the first impression is the last impression and also the food was fresh and hot even when I got back to the truck. They didn't have to pickup the phone, take my order and wait at all because they have the right to refuse anyone due to discrimination and safety purposes especially at night and they have the rehab going on at Bojangles there so thanks night crew at Bojangles.

I stopped this morning on my way to work to place an order for a sausage biscuit and a pork chop biscuit. The impression I got from the young lady at the window was that she would rather be anywhere else but there. No courtesy, friendly or otherwise. I ask for mustard, that I got but when I get to work, a good 10 - 12 miles away, there is no pork chop biscuit. Paid $8 for a sausage biscuit. And to top it off they are not answering the telephone! Not happy!

Ordered ck biscuit combo and saug egg cheese combo 1sweet tea 1pepsi. They were out of ice, got 2 Pepsi they both were flat. Took them back, asked for Manager, he proceeded to laugh at me and tell me that Pepsi was not flat. I live right down street from this establishment, for the past yr or so it has gone down hill. They are always out of one thing or another, have had nothing but problems! We as a family will no longer go to this place!!!!!! Sincerely, Fed Up!
