Left me sitting at the 1st window in drive thru for 20 min and never came back to window and the drive thru is so extremely super slow you better have a good hour to waste if you hit this drive thru at any time of day. But a hour later once you finally get your food it's normally pretty good if it's all cooked fresh made to order and not pre-made sitting forever. But this is just my opinion and experience and I also door dash so im in and out and around restaurants all the time.

Never go here the people are rude and disrespectful, the employee that took are order was anniyah and she was rude disrespectful and didn't even get ate oder right throw attitude and then when you call to speak to a manager there rude at getting them and instead of fixing there mistake they try to argue with you

The inside looks amazing and updated with newer renovations. I used online ordering and when I got home to eat my rodeo burger, the patty was hard around the edges, not fresh, and the fries were so salty. No need to waste time going back for a few bucks this time, just hope people serve what they’ll eat!

Holy crap!! Since they rebuilt that new building in hope mills there prices are absolutely ridiculous I paid $25 for 2 meals!! That’s insane for burgers!! And the buns were not fresh whatsoever!!! Next time I will spend my money at mi casita!!!!!
Went through the drive through, everytime I tried to say something cashier cut me off. I repeated my order twice at the speaker and still didn't get it right. Then got to the window and spoke to manager she repeated everything back. Came home and meal still not right. I ask for a Double bacon cheese only cheese bacon mustard and ketchup. Came home had mayo on it. Last time I came through I ask for Bacon Double only Ketchup and Mustard and got only hamburger mustard and Ketsup no bacon no cheese. Fast food is nothing like it used to be. Now they are Rude and very rarely get it right.

Candace is a rude manager and then she lied on me. She was yelling at customers and team members, she hates her job, walked away while I was talking, never responded back on the speaker. Why does she even have a leadership position smh. She made a big deal out of a scoop of oreos. Food is disgusting. Service is slow, spent abt an hour in line. They honestly should have just stayed shut down.

They close at 3:30am . So not 24hrs. I don’t know what’s the point of them having two way lanes if nobody barely takes the orders on the 2nd lane everytime I been have to just pull up to the window after seeing cars past you by lol.

This has got to be the worst Burger King in Hope Mills—hands down. Every single time I make the mistake of ordering from here, the food is absolutely disgusting. I don’t know what’s worse—the food or the so-called “service.”
The workers here are completely incompetent. It’s like they have no clue how to do their jobs, and they definitely don’t care. Orders are always wrong, they move at a snail’s pace, and the attitude is just as bad as the food. If you hate your job that much, don’t take it out on paying customers.
I’ve given this place more chances than it deserves, and it somehow gets worse every time. Do yourself a favor and avoid this Burger King at all costs. You’d be better off going literally anywhere else.

When I came through the drive-through, the lady gave me a bunch of food that was all old that was burnt and crispy. Probably was sitting there all night. The fries look like burnt chips. The chicken fries were burnt and crisp I ordered She literally gave me like 20 chicken fingers When I only ordered seven, but all of them were burnt and hard as rocks. Trying to get a hold of HR But no response will never come back here again and would not give me my money back. I need somebody to respond
