Girl taking orders and money was rude. Stood about two feet away from the window. Wouldn’t even look our way at all. Looked like she was talking to or distracted by something else. I started to roll my window down. She glanced at us, then looked back at whatever it was she was looking at (toward the front of the store). I gave up and went to the first window. As soon as that window opened a lady was telling me I had to pay at the first window. I told her the girl wasn’t opening the window. The girl had come running in giving attitude about how she was AT the window and she kept talking over me when I’d speak.
In my book if you’re standing a good two feet away, not acknowledging the customer, then you aren’t at the window. Disrespectful, bad customer service. Flat out rude. The other lady wasn’t too bad. The young man at the window was polite. Girl at the register window (Window 1) needs an attitude adjustment and better training on customer service.
Also, the buns on our sandwiches were dry and kept falling apart.

We ordered delivery. The door dash driver was great polite and prompt. We also tip well. We were missing items. I contacted Door Dash and they told me to contact BK since my bag was sealed. I called the restaurant to explain what was happening and I was going to drive up for a replacement. Before I even got a word out a loud woman yelled over me and said I had to contact door dash. I proceeded to explain to her I already did that’s why I’m calling you. She hung up on me. We spent $40 in food for some very trashy customer service.

I ATE THE DOUBLE WHOPPER ON MAY 27 AND CAUGHT SALMONELLA! BEWARE! I am now on antibiotics to help with the gastrointestinal issues (explosive diarrhea being one of them). It's been a rough three days. I'm done going there!

Left me sitting at the 1st window in drive thru for 20 min and never came back to window and the drive thru is so extremely super slow you better have a good hour to waste if you hit this drive thru at any time of day. But a hour later once you finally get your food it's normally pretty good if it's all cooked fresh made to order and not pre-made sitting forever. But this is just my opinion and experience and I also door dash so im in and out and around restaurants all the time.

Never go here the people are rude and disrespectful, the employee that took are order was anniyah and she was rude disrespectful and didn't even get ate oder right throw attitude and then when you call to speak to a manager there rude at getting them and instead of fixing there mistake they try to argue with you
