I am new to Caribou coffee and so far I am impressed! I have ordered several times from this new location and every time has been great! My drinks have always been very well made and the food is delicious. The staff is very friendly and is understanding when I might have a question or two about drink and food options. I’ve only had one long-ish wait but that can be expected when an establishment is newly opened. I am excited to be a regular customer! 😊

Ordered a Caramel oat milk shaker, it taste like burnt Folgers with a splash of oat milk and no caramel flavor whatsoever. Only 3 unappealing cold foam options, disappointing. Service was very monotone and mediocre.

Was told this week and shown the fun cups we could get for the first 100 customers on their grand opening today. Showed up before they opened this morning not to miss them and was told you could buy them instead they weren’t giving them away it was a mug. Waste of a morning won’t be going back.
