The chicken is dry .the beef fried rice taste hard with no flavor
. The egg rolls is disgusting the french fries were cold with no seasoning but the lady was super nice the dislikes was I seen she had on gloves but the cook didn't that's weird

The crab rangoon’s are top notch, along with the beef lo mein and sesame chicken!
The reviews can drive you away but this is my 3rd time eating it and there is no disappointment.
It is so very good!!

Definitely my new go-to spot for Chinese takeout since I moved to the area! I love sesame chicken but it doesn’t taste the same everywhere, but it’s the only thing I order when I get Chinese. So, I did a lot of reading in the reviews of different spots. Ultimately, I chose China Star because it was closest to my house and I was in a rush, not because of the reviews. Obviously, I’m glad I did though. Only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because of timeliness & price. I called at 2:44pm and arrived at 3:13pm. They said 10/15 minutes and it’d been 29 minutes. I still had to stand there and wait a few min after I paid, even though the place was empty. Timeliness could’ve been better but customer service was great besides that. I do think they’re a lil too pricey for the amount of food you get. Anyway, it was clean & spacious and THE BEST SESAME CHICKEN I’ve had in a while in this area!!!!

I had an unfortunate experience at China Star that I feel compelled to share. Our meal was marred by the discovery of foreign objects in our food, which was already distressing. However, the situation worsened when we brought this to the attention of the staff; their response was not only disappointing but alarming. Instead of understanding and rectifying the issue, we were met with disrespect and hostility, which is unacceptable for any establishment. It's bewildering how this restaurant continues to operate under such standards. I strongly advise against dining here until significant improvements are made.

The lady and man that runs this establishment is very disrespectful. They refused to serve once I called my food in ten minutes prior to arriving to pick my order up. The lady became upset because I would not pay prior receiving my food.

The rice didn't have any flavor, me and my family managed to eat a little bit of it I got the shrimp combo plate it had a weird taste to it and my family they all got the sesame chicken combos I spent 62 dollars for the food and we only ate a few bites of it then gave it all to my dogs cause it taste nasty then it messed up our stomachs.

Terrible customer service. Tried to place and order and the person on the phone was rude and unwilling to explain the difference in combo versus large. He said they were too busy to answer my questions. Will NOT be trying this place again when there are many other options around town.

So I just moved here not long ago and haven’t tried any Chinese in the area , last night i ordered beef lo mein with pork fried rice and an egg roll . Worst Chinese Iv ever had . Noodles were over cooked and mushy ,meat tasted like blood to me and the pork fried rice had maybe 2 little pieces of pork the rest was white rice … I was really disappointed that I wasted money and took a couple bites and all that food went to wasted! The lady at the front was nice but that was all I can say good about my first experience ☹️ wish I could of gave a better review

Best crab ragoon in town. Egg drop soup always hits. Customer service is always the best. And I appreciate how they have kept prices decent even despite the local economy not following suite. So thanks for that!
