I had an unfortunate experience at China Star that I feel compelled to share. Our meal was marred by the discovery of foreign objects in our food, which was already distressing. However, the situation worsened when we brought this to the attention of the staff; their response was not only disappointing but alarming. Instead of understanding and rectifying the issue, we were met with disrespect and hostility, which is unacceptable for any establishment. It's bewildering how this restaurant continues to operate under such standards. I strongly advise against dining here until significant improvements are made.

The lady and man that runs this establishment is very disrespectful. They refused to serve once I called my food in ten minutes prior to arriving to pick my order up. The lady became upset because I would not pay prior receiving my food.

The rice didn't have any flavor, me and my family managed to eat a little bit of it I got the shrimp combo plate it had a weird taste to it and my family they all got the sesame chicken combos I spent 62 dollars for the food and we only ate a few bites of it then gave it all to my dogs cause it taste nasty then it messed up our stomachs.

Terrible customer service. Tried to place and order and the person on the phone was rude and unwilling to explain the difference in combo versus large. He said they were too busy to answer my questions. Will NOT be trying this place again when there are many other options around town.

So I just moved here not long ago and haven’t tried any Chinese in the area , last night i ordered beef lo mein with pork fried rice and an egg roll . Worst Chinese Iv ever had . Noodles were over cooked and mushy ,meat tasted like blood to me and the pork fried rice had maybe 2 little pieces of pork the rest was white rice … I was really disappointed that I wasted money and took a couple bites and all that food went to wasted! The lady at the front was nice but that was all I can say good about my first experience ☹️ wish I could of gave a better review

Best crab ragoon in town. Egg drop soup always hits. Customer service is always the best. And I appreciate how they have kept prices decent even despite the local economy not following suite. So thanks for that!

I called to place an order, to take to work.. was around 5:30 or so.. the guy that answered the phone said we are very busy call back in an hour. Very unprofessional.. so Yamato next door got my business.. i will have to be very hungry before I go there again.

Walked in to pick up Togo order saw cook lay down a chunk of raw meat and grab Togo box's to fill orders walked out. Also saw front desk worker cleaning her gloves with a wipe instead of changing gloves.

I really wish I can get this place zero Stars I ordered food from there I asked for a plain shrimp fried rice no vegetables no onions with chicken wings and a egg roll when I got my food it was almost $16 in my rice had vegetables in it the wings looked pretty good the egg rolls was gross I then try my rice and it taste like the rice and the shrimp was cooked in water no season no flavor or nothing the mess was pure white so I take it back and let them know that vegetables was in it and that it had no flavor to it at all and the got mad and while h was refunding my money back to my card he told me I can order from somewhere else next time I can't come back in there I will never be returning the food was nasty how are you going to get mad when you'll already put vegetables in the rice and because it was nasty lol IF YOU'LL WANT GREAT FOOD WITH DECENT PRICES TRY HOKE KONG ON MCPHERSON CHURCH RD I guess that's what I get for trying to be different and get something that was closer?

The food is disgusting the chicken has no flavor the rice is hard everything that I have tried from this place does not have any flavor sometime the chicken taste old the only thing that I could probably say that they can cook good is the egg foo young egg rolls is horrible I waste my money every time this is my last time this is why I'm doing a review
