placed order online and vinegrette is not an option online, went through drive through and asked for it and they told me i had to come in and get it! if i wanted to come inside i would have chose that option??? you’re telling me you cant hand me a sauce through the window?? weird.

This was a really disappointing experience at Chipotle. The chicken had absolutely no flavor, and once again they didn’t include everything I ordered. On top of that, the portions are not adequate at all — I had to ask for triple chicken when at other locations I only need to ask for one serving. And this hasn’t been a one-time thing; it’s happened in both dine-in and takeout orders. This is now the third time in a row I’ve had the same issues. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt before, thinking maybe they were just having a bad day, but clearly this is a consistent problem. Definitely not worth it. WORST CHIPOTLE EVER!!

Mobile order was extremely cold. I went there, I wasn't ready and they told me to wait while they make it. No problem. They gave me a bag, I went home as I live less than 5 minutes away, food was ice cold.

Extremely poor service, and nasty attitude from employees. Customer service is what brings your clients back. If you don’t like people, this is not the place for you. If you don’t like to work, stay home. Seriously recommend this place cleans house and bring people who actually want to work and can provide the service they’re being paid for.

This location is by far the worst one you can mobile order through. They always skimp out on their portions. This is my “double chicken” order that costs extra which has happened multiple times. I recommend making the drive to skibo instead of going here.

Skimpy on Meat Portions! Buyer beware! After several visits with skimpy portions of meat, we looked up the Chipotle Corporate serving size. Meat portion is supposed to be four (4) ounces. On our most recent, and last, visit, my son pointed out that there wasn’t enough meat on my salad. The server was rude and said he’d ‘have to buy a double serving.’ He did not. My son works in the food industry and measures meat daily, so he knew what he was seeing was far less than 4 ounces of steak. Once home, we decided to do an experiment. We pulled out all of the steak and weighed it. The meat weighed a whopping 2.3 ounces, nowhere near the corporate policy of 4 ounces. Attempted to call the store, but the phone loop was horrible. We did finally get ahold of a corporate phone rep who made us send photos of receipt and food. At first, they offered buy one get one free. I refused. I understand promotions and know that isn’t equivalent. After a few minutes on hold talking with a supervisor, we were provided two free meals. In addition, posted in our neighborhood app and dozens responded with similar experiences. Easy fix, weigh it at serving or get a 4 ounce scoop. Easy!

No wonder nobody was in there, looked super trashy and poor quality, backwards hats and a dirty empty line, when I was at Ramsey we kept in together, I got them to be a training store and this one is atrocious..moes is way better and the money is easier on the pocket ls plus more food

Unfortunately this branch is run by someone who has no customer service skills. My family absolutely loves Chipotle! We love the ingredients, the culture and the experience. I've been a number one consumer for 10 years and I work for the largest PNC insurance company in the world. We also have many events catered by this company. We've spent a lot of $ with this company but we will no longer continue to do so. I took my family here and we were missing multiple food items along with stale tortilla chips. I went back through the drive thru and was told it was too late and just to call corporate. Keep in mind it was 845pm and they don't close until 10. The corporate office was great when I expressed my concerns but when a family is hungry and we want food now. Whoever the manager is she was absolutely nasty and not in line with the Chipotle I know. I spoke with the manager and she told me I don't get paid enough to care.

Coming from a 3billion dollar company I don't care either. If you want to hire trash I will not support you anymore.
