Was in the area and decided to try this place for dinner. The store was empty but we were asked to pull up behind a couple of other cars. I got the 2 piece cod dinner and it wasn't good. The breader on the fish had some undercooked parts and really no flavor. The curds were ok but not warm. My family liked their burger and chicken sandwiches but idk if I'll go back to Hopemills for this meal.

While the food is good you have to wait in your car while it is cooked. Its as though you went inside and ordered your food at your table from a menu. That's too long for me.

As someone who religiously visits Culver’s I try to give the benefit of the doubt. But after 5+ issues with receiving our food in the drive thru it needed a review. Multiple times we order 1 chili cheese fry, and 1 cheese fry (no chili) 50% of the time they both have chili. Big disappointment for someone who doesn’t like chili. But I eat the rest of the food and try to forgive it. Tonight, we go to Culver’s again, it’s my husbands favorite place to go, and I decide to order the pretzel bites instead (because they can’t mess up the cheese fries if I don’t get them). WELL we live 20 minutes away, I get home, and no pretzel bites in the bag. I shouldn’t have to check the bags to ensure that someone did their job making sure the order is complete before bringing it to the customer. I’ve worked at mcds-I know how it works-and someone here isn’t doing their job. I’m not getting paid to ensure that customers are receiving their food-and I shouldn’t have to double check it. PLEASE DO BETTER. If my husband didn’t like Culver’s so much I would not go back as I only get my food half the time anyways.
