The food is always fresh. No matter where you go, the food is always consistent. The line is never backed up and wrap around twice, like some other restaurants 10 out of 10 for fast food!

I had the fish dinner. Was so much breading on the fish. And a bit greasy. Husband had a cheese burger it was dry. The fries were not crispy very limp.

From the moment I entered, I was warmly greeted by your team member, Alex. I was immediately impressed by how exceptionally clean and well-maintained the store was, especially considering how busy it was at the time.
I received my Fish Dinner in under five minutes, which was both efficient and greatly appreciated. While dining, Adrian stopped by to check in, and we had a brief but very pleasant conversation that truly enhanced my overall experience.
Overall, this location exemplifies excellence in customer service, cleanliness, and operational efficiency. It could easily serve as a model for how to successfully run a restaurant. Outstanding job to the entire team!

They are a wonderful place for schools to host spirit nights. They prefer students & parents to help serve (work), but award so generously any proceeds earned.
This was my first time here and the customer service was amazing (Ms. Gwen) and the food was delicious. The burgers and the musheroom & Swiss burger (will be back for another one, we'll worth trying), the custard was good too! I definitely recommend giving them a try.

Chicken Club is disgusting, I don't know what kind of chicken that is! I bit it once and I was finished the chicken is just terrible! Sandwich and fries were salty! I couldn't even eat none of the food I wasted $12.41 of my money. And I was hungry hadn't to eat nothing all day long it was 1:30 when I purchased this terrible meal. Will not be seeing me again that's for sure!

Was in the area and decided to try this place for dinner. The store was empty but we were asked to pull up behind a couple of other cars. I got the 2 piece cod dinner and it wasn't good. The breader on the fish had some undercooked parts and really no flavor. The curds were ok but not warm. My family liked their burger and chicken sandwiches but idk if I'll go back to Hopemills for this meal.
