Greeted me when I walked in.✅ Didn’t have the pint of ice cream that I wanted so they made me a fresh one (have been told at a different location that they don’t do that).✅ Manager said hello and checked on the status of my order while I was waiting for my food. ✅ Food was hot and delicious. ✅ Nice to see there are still a few restaurants that take customer service seriously. Very impressed. Well done Culver’s!

If you want good service, this ain't the place to go.
Go to Cold Stone Creamery that's nearly next door less than 0.1 mile away or Freddy's that's about 0.5 mile around the corner. There's even a Dairy Queen literally next door, and nearby is a McDonald's, Wendy's and Sonic.
This was our third visit and experienced the same poor service.
We went on a whim to get desserts as a treat.
We parked in the Culvers curbside area and used the Culvers app to place an order for two desserts. I selected curbside and entered the color my car and the make and model. I got an email from Culvers and I clicked on the link to double confirm the order was curbside.
After waiting 17 minutes, I got out of the car and walked inside. There were about 5 employees standing around at the front counter. There were no customers at the counter. The employees at the counter were waiting for customers and the seating area was only half full. So in other words, hardly busy.
I asked an employee about my curbside order that we've been waiting 17 minutes.
He took a few steps toward a prep area and found the order. It's been sitting and melting in the prep area during the whole time we were waiting.
No one noticed or cared to bring out to the curbside.
I guess it was an assistant manager that said sorry, we're very busy.
It wasn't busy. There were no lines of customers.
Lazy? Careless? Don't care about customers?
The one that we went to in Houston was always top notch.
This Hope Mills location? Hard pass.
I agree with my wife. Will go to Cold Stone from now on.

Overall, not great. We waited half an hour for our food and when it arrived my burger was cold. I told someone at the counter, to which she, actually, physically touched the meat bare handed (and did not wash her hands after) and shrugged saying “I don’t know. We can’t take it back.” I asked for a new one to be made and she went to the cook saying “this lady thinks her food is cold. Can you make another?” The manager was right next to her for the whole interaction and nothing was done to make the situation right, even with an apology. I had already spoken to him, the manager, about waiting 30 minutes for our food and it still wasn’t ready. I was not thrilled, to say the least. After she asked the cook to make a new one she turned her back towards me and leaned on the counter. I waited, asking her if I should wait for my food there or go sit down, and she stayed put. I stood there for another minute or two and then she turned around and said “I guess I’ll just bring it to you.”
The line for ordering is not very smart either. There’s not a good way to differentiate between who is waiting to order or who is waiting for their food. The restaurant layout was very poorly planned for this, and for seating. I waited quite a while before anyone called me up to the counter, which was not ideal, of course. If there was a more-known line to stand in to order I would have done so, but as I said, there isn’t one. The woman who took my order, Gwen, I believe, was very friendly but not helpful with the ordering process. This was our first time at this Culvers, and the first time we’ve been to a Culvers in more than two years, so we were unsure about the menu, options from the menu, and overall how to order. As I said, pretty unhelpful, but very kind and friendly. We would’ve stayed around to get ice cream but it was such a headache with our meal that we didn’t want to bother trying for dessert.
In summary, we will not be back. Management could be much better, the workers could be better trained, and the food quality and taste could use a lot of work. The restaurant is already established, but there are ways they could fix the line issue. This was not worth almost $35 for a dinner for two.

We went through the drive thru for dinner and have never had an experience quite like this one. The gentleman taking the orders was patient, kind and knowledgeable. The food was severely lacking. We used to drive over an hour away to the one in Fuquay/Varina. We each got a shake and all you could taste was vanilla. You couldn’t taste the strawberries in the strawberry shake or raspberries in the raspberry shake. The fries were cold and taste like they’ve been sitting there since at least lunch. The butter burger was dry as the Sahara and I’m honestly scared to even try my chicken sandwich. Do better Culver’s.

Burger was ok. Cheese curds were ok. Onion rings were over cooked and mostly just fried batter. The onion ring by itself was just a sliver.

I love Culver’s and I would go every single time my daughter had a doctors appointment next door. We went today and it’s nice as always! The owner always checks in on everyone. Today everyone seemed a little off game but I understand because it’s Friday. As soon as we left I started drinking my milkshake and found something in it through my straw. I have no idea what it is but it smells horrid!! I would still come here but it might be a little bit before I come back..

Ordered a triple deluxe. Should have looked before I left but they gave me a double instead. Not the first time.

I’ve read a lot of reviews of how good Culver’s is, so we were in the Hope Mills area and decided to go and try them out. So here’s my review, the classic double butter burger was great and would get it again, although the mushroom burger was a disappointment, barely any mushrooms on the burger, basically a bun, burger patty, Swiss cheese and very few mushrooms, we both got the onion rings and weren’t that good, overcooked and who puts salt on onion rings. We don’t have Culver’s were we live but I would be willing to go there again and try other menu items…..

I ordered a banana split, but it seemed like it had been made at least 10 minutes before the rest of the food. The food itself wasn’t bad, but the wait time was frustrating. There was only one car ahead of us, yet it still took about 20 minutes to get our order — and by then, the banana split was already melting.

Food is decent, chicken tenders tasted like they were fried, frozen, then baked. So not great there, but the fries were solid
Service was slow, but I did show up during lunch so thats fine. They forgot my drink on my cubside order as well
Overall, not bad but not somewhere ill be returning to

The food was actually pretty good however it wasn't worth the hour long wait. The drive thru lines were unbelievably long and even the ppl parked were getting trapped in waiting for the lines to move.
Update: the wait times reduced but the food isn't as good. How is it that I show up to a practically empty store and still get a cold burger, at the least fries were fresh
