This store is only 10 minutes from my address, delivery took 1hr 45mins. When I called to check on my order, they told me they didn’t know why the driver was taking so long. To top that, they got the order wrong and the food was cold when it arrived. Contacted the store again to request a refund, spoke to the manager who really acted like she could care less. This is store #8927 located in Towne Center off Rockfish. Terrible service and communication. Highly recommend that you go to the store a few miles down the road in Hope Mills, much better service there. Tried this store because it was close to my house. Would love to support local new businesses but this makes it hard. Won’t be using them anymore. Good luck with this crew!!

Awful experience. They charged us for an item that wasn't included, didn't cut the pizzas, and didn't do the correct crust on any of the pizzas.
Ordered 2 pizzas on the app for pick up at the window. Arrived at the window and sat there for 5 plus minutes. Could see people in the store walking around and they could see me at the pick up window. Just as I was about to park and go in a female employee came to the window. Very unfriendly and poor customer service by this employee.

Went to pick up an order. I had an employee (female driving off shift around 1630 to 1700, Sunday, July the 14th 2024. She blocked our entry to the drive thru with her personal vehicle. Remind you, this place doesn't have direction of traffic.

We were in the mood for some pizza but atypical to our usual meat lovers and supreme. We got the Philly cheesesteak and chicken, bacon, ranch. Omg it was sooo good! Ordered online and stepped inside to pick it up.

They will place your delivery on the porch without ringing the doorbell or knocking. Forget leaving a “special instruction” like “please text” because they will leave it straight on your porch. First time they said it was not a dominoes driver, it was Uber eats or DoorDash, but tonight i confirmed it was a dominoes driver. Do not order delivery from this place.
