I'd give it a 6 if I could, an awesome family place! It's all about the egg and the creative ways to serve it, thats a 10. We've been 3 times now, absolutely a great breakfast / lunch place to visit. Large, clean dining area. Servers have always been excellent, attentive and courteous. It's the food right, Southern Bowl, Founder's Hash and classic style were all very good. Their healthy choices of oatmeal and fruits are equally very good. It's always busy so the words out, enjoy this awesome spot with friends & family.

Oatmeal was dry and under cooked. Grits were under cooked there was really nothing enjoyable about my meal. I'm upset that I spent my money there.

The breakfast burrito was great. My order was take out, but it was still great when I arrived home, however the wait was a little longer than anticipated.

Great place to catch a bite to eat if you’re in the mood for breakfast. Erika treated us like one of her own.

The food is greatas are the prices, the waitresses and staff are fantastic, the atmosphere is exceptional. The only thing that could be better is situation when you come in the door. The hostesses have their back to the door which I thought was weird. If they could shift the furniture to face the doors directly, it would make the place a perfect 5/5

Great food and excellent service. Will definitely visit again. Forgot to take a picture but the food was perfect. You have to try their Belgian waffles if you like waffles. Lots of options to choose from.

Food lacked a lot of flavor. Had the southern bowl and the gravy was very bland and not rich in flavor like southern sausage gravy should be. Potatoes needed a lot of seasoning. Tried adding salsa to be able to eat it. We ordered corn beef hash and she asked what side then failed to explain it wasn’t include and an up charged of $5 for sausage. He ordered a separate pancake and never arrived. We then canceled it.

The restaurant is bright and warming! The food was great. I had the turkey blt avocado with home fries. My friend had the apple pancakes which were out this world. Note: pass on the grits. That dish needs more tweaking. Prices are reasonable. Wait time for food:10-15 minutes.Dietary restrictions: Shrimp and grits available. Turkey sausage and turkey bacon are options.

The first two photos are from my first visit. The second set of photos are from the second time I went there. I am giving this restaurant five stars because the staff and waitresses make sure that if something isn’t prepared right, it’s fixed. The sausage links and bacon are always cooked perfectly. On my first visit, I had an issue where I noticed my over easy eggs were cold but the rest of my food was hot. They remade my eggs but only brought two back. I didn’t catch this until my second visit. The staff made sure I got my eggs remade correctly. They also offered me more toast or grits if I wanted. It was nice to see a few shift leaders approach me to make sure the issue got fixed. On my second visit, the grits were not cooked properly and were runny. They replaced it with a correctly cooked batch of grits immediately which were so good. Overall, I really appreciate them making the effort to correct their mistakes. Definitely will go back often.Parking: Parking is limited.Kid-friendliness: Crayons and coloring page given.

Order online and still have to wait 35 minutes just to pick up. No priority shown for my order. I would have just dinne in. Other people came in order and left before me. DON'T PLACE AN ONLINE ORDER WITH THEM IT IS A WAIST OF TIME.

Was a bit of a wait;however, the food and service were EXCELLENT. Usually I take and post pics but we were hungry. Ordered a Home Slam I think that came with three: eggs, sausages, and bacon with grits/homefries/toast. Homefries were soft with a little spice which was fine with me. Grits were good like the eggs/bacon( cooked crisp ). Will be back again. Visiting from out of town and one our local friends gave us the name.

Had high hopes for this place, for as busy as they were. I ordered the southern staple, the eggs were cooked okay. The gravy was really soupy, the grits had absolutely NO flavor or seasoning!! My husband ordered the Texas omelet, the ingredients needed to be spread out more, I mean really who wants to take a bite with 5 jalapeños slices in it. The homes fries lacked flavor, they looked like they had seasoning, that was deceiving. The chairs/barstools were uncomfortable. The service was good, but unfortunately the food was not. I highly doubt I'll be back.
