I visited this Hardee’s this afternoon and order a super star low carb (Rapped in lettuce) I get home and to my surprise there was barley any lettuce on the burger one on top one on bottom that’s was all and they were the smallest pieces ever I was pretty much just eating meat, if y’all don’t feel like working then clock out don’t play with peoples food

The drive thru people in the mornings are rude and do not let you finish your order and they don’t mute the mic so when you are told to hold on one minute and you can hear them laughing and talking to others about nothing that pertains to work it’s VERY unprofessional and rude.

3 stars are for the cinnamon biscuits. If you are going to bring them back then BRING them back. Not the frozen reheated ones. Nice try but those who know, knows. Fresh made or scrap the notion!

Went to the drive through and some guy (he knows who he is) was chatting to some girls (I could see him through the window from the drive through) puts his mic on and just says "hardees" MF no one told you to apply there you BUM. Have better customer service. I hate losers. That place sucks and will continue to suck when he is there :)

I went through the drive through this morning a little bit late; about 1015. I ordered my favorite biscuit and gravy plus a super biscuit combo.. After I got home and got ready to dig into the biscuit and gravy, I found it was so watered down that it was just like white water and with just a few crumbs of sausage. Having worked in Food Service for over 30 years this is totally unacceptable. Management and cooks need to be replaced.

Sandwich kinda lite . Sweet tea pretty good . Food was hot . And service was quick. Update : 2 days later , best Frisco sandwich ever had , @ fast food restaurant.
