Received a pizza that seemed like it had been sitting for two days, so disappointed because this used to be one of my favorite spots.

Is it could give a lower stat for I service absolutely would, The people taking the orders are barely able to understand basic English is seems, constantly asking me what I'm saying and what I mean when using names of items off if the menu, Constantly had messed up ny orderd and this was the final straw where after ordering online over 20 minutes later I come in to pick it up and they havent even began My order Im told yo gi wait outside for curbside pickup And then they never bring my food out so i sit out in the car fir another 30 minutes making it an hour before i get cold and soggy Pizza because they didnt want to walk outside i was parked litterly right outside infront of the doord

The workers are discussing, They pick their noses they use the rest room, they handle money, touch the computer screen and keyboards, door handle etc and will come from outside smoking or delivering food and then handle food all while not washing their hands. They constantly mess orders and have attitude when you correct them about their mess ups or ask for a refund! They all need to wear gloves and change them after touching stuff!

I don't understand how they call this pizza. Then it is overcooked burnt. Even the poor quality of cheese burned. The guys working there were very pleasant. Those guys are the only good thing about the place. They are too good for that business. I recommend that you get pizza somewhere else.

We used DoorDash for pizza and a family size Greek salad. They got the pizza right but not the salad ( it was a small Caesar) when I called the restaurant the manager told me it was Doordashes fault. Which it was not… the restaurant puts together the order and the driver simply picks it up to be delivered. The manager was rude and offered nothing to make it right…

These wait times are ridiculous 2 hours plus is unacceptable. Ordered pizza at 530 it’s 727 and can’t get anyone on the phone. Good pizza horrible service. Been on hold for over 10 minutes and no answer yet.

Normally Marcos is our go to. I understand that dinner time is busy, and especially around the holidays. However I placed an order about 7:50 with an estimated delivery time of 8:19. It’s now 9:27 and I have yet to get my food. When I called up to the store I was told my food was already out for delivery, which at this point was over half an hour ago.I worked in food service for over 10 years, I understand how it works. This is just simply unacceptable.UPDATE: after calling the store again, we were passed around to three different people just to be told they had to remake our order because it was old. It seems like they may be shorthanded at this location, which is a shame. At least our food is hot.

We waited over two hours for our food to get here. They are 5 miles away! Didn't even taste the food yet. I'm disgusted by this. I'll want a refund.
if i could give 0 stars i would . let's start off by sanitation when pizzas are being delivered . i do not appreciate my pizza being in the back seat of someone's car. that is full of junk . secondly.. to be waiting over an hour for a pizza is a bit ridiculous. everytime i have ordered. my pizza has been luke warm. i am constantly missing something from my order. i will not be ordering from this location ever again. its a total disrespect how you allow workers and drivers to handle your customers food. this definitely should be a health violation. customer service over the phone. rude and wanting to rush you off the phone. i have worked for papa johns. and trust me when i say.. our cars were not allow to look the way your drivers car did with all the shit in it. do you even know who you hire? because no one seems to be wanting to do there job correctly.

Delivered promptly, with excellent mannerisms. Pepperoni Pizza was absolutely delicious. Strongly recommend! Others in my group enjoyed their food as well.

The driver to delivered my food was very kind. The pizza was good, I got the cauliflower crust and a regular crusted pizza. The wings weren't good at all. They were soggy and fatty so I didn't get to enjoy much of them but ate what meat I could. I'd definitely go here again for the pizza and for the customer service.
