Usually the food is alright when I visit but today was just unacceptable. They gave me the wrong size drink, forgot a straw and spoon, forgot my fries and left a EXPIRATION STICKER ON MY BURGER BUN! Like WHAT?! How do you just add that on there. The bacon expires 2 hours after my order and that’s just gross. The burger tasted disgusting even after pulling off the bacon. The staff were nice but I rather have disrespectful people making GOOD food than what this was. I’m probably not going to be back to this location for a hot minute.

Going through the drive through for breakfast we encountered ms.jackie. we ordered 2 sausage mcgriddles and they put them down as burritos. Trying to explain the situation jackie just took the recipet n hands us 3 dollars and some change. We thought that we fixed the issue but the second window asked us if we had burritos. Jackie comes over n says we didn’t get them as we were trying to say they were suppose to be mcgriddles. ms jackie got very upset n told us she gave us the money back for them when we specifically told her the burritos were suppose to be mcgriddles at the first window. Anyway in the end we received 3 dollars for 2 burritos and my sandwiches had canadian bacon on them so they couldn’t be eaten. Ms jackie should be fired for the way she spoke to the first girl at the window, the poor girl was asking her to stop yelling at her bc she couldn’t hear the orders. and also the way she spoke to us as customers she didn’t care to fix it just give us some change back. We went through around 9:40. ms jackie you don’t belong at any place with other people. Cooperate will be getting called for the way you acted today n no one else decided the help.

This is the worst McDonalds around. I will drive by this McDonalds to get to any other McDonalds, but I was in a pinch and they got me again. I must say they're consistent. Their buns are consistently hard. They consistently get orders wrong. They consistently provide poor customer service. Never again.

Beware 930pm young man working the drive threw has his personal phone next to the card reader which can lead to stealing people's card info. He was literally face timing someone when my card went across his phone to the card reader.. Beware!!! This location needs to tighten up cause man, its a zoo in there. Food was sloppy and gave me crumbs for frys. Not one regular size fry in my order. 15 mins for a 5 doller order. Only 2 cars in line. Everyone looks mad at life in there. IF U DONT LIKE YOUR JOB OR CANT BE PROFESSIONAL THEN QUIT!!!!

Food is too expensive to not include everything in the bag. Ordered 10 PC nuggets meal and there's no nuggets. Happy meal was missing drink as well. I'm sure it's busy there but ESPECIALLY for door dash orders they should be double checking bags.
PLEASE SOMEONE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THESE MCDONALDS ESTABLISHMENTS IN HOPE MILLS AND SURROUNDING AREAS ! And yes I know this is the one by Harris Teeter ! They’re all bad. If you want to wait FOREVER for your food, come here. If you like to wait forever and then your order not even being right when you corrected the employees twice already, come here! I am beginning to hate these places I used to love going to. Let’s flip a coin and see if we are in the mood to deal with some bs and go to McDonald’s!

I'm at sick and tired of being parked every time I come to a McDonald's.... what has happened that it now requires me to be parked for an additional 15 mins at a fast food place.
