Horrible customer service, their drive thru is a drive and park. Its like they dont even try to act like they care.I have been to McDonalds in over 30 states and 15 countries, and this is, by far, the worste McDonalds I have ever dealt with, for several years running.

I’m not sure how they can give you cold and old fries every time that are only half full even when busy. I don’t expect much from a McDonald’s but I expect it to at least be warm. Curbside can take 30 minutes or more and they brought my order out in multiple trips, so everything was old and cold. Ended up going in to get the rest and that took just as long. For what it’s worth, the staff is always very pleasant and has a good disposition. I just can’t stomach cold and slow fast food.

I was in the drive-through and the lady in the car in front of me was throwing a tantrum cause she was asked to pull forward and he food be out soon. She refused and was yelling and going crazy. The staff was so good with her and was respectful even when she was horrible. They took my food to me while I was still in the line so I could have my hot food.

I give no stars I went over the order 5 times with the lady & they still give us everything in the bag completely wrong. Nothing that we ordered was in the bag what so ever. I do not recommend this place or service to anyone what so ever. You get paid 30 something dollars a hour & you still can't get the persons order current what is really wrong here.

We ordered one sausage biscuit combo. The lady gave us the drink and asked us to pull up and they would bring out the food. After 15 minutes we went inside and just asked for our money back. The manager would only return the money for our biscuit, becuase we had already been given the drink, although they had admittedly lost our order. My husband went back to the car, got the drink and gave it back to them and requested the full refund. After arguing with us on why she didn't want to give us a full refund (it was less than $6), she finally gave us a refund but still not the entire amount. So we left there 20 minutes later with no biscuit, no drink and still didn't get a full refund. Poor excuse for a manager and horrible customer service.

Check your bag for everything in your order. They forgot things almost every time I eat there. Today they forgot a large fry, hot fudge Sunday and a chicken nugget. It was almost half my order.
It wasn't very busy but they seemed unorganized. The food was OK when I did get my order. My main complaint is paying $3.99 for a large fry and not getting that portion. See photo. Save a dollar and order the medium.

The customer service at this location is very horrible. Rude and disrespectful. This location keeps hiring teenagers, which are inexperienced and need the proper training to handle customers correctly. Especially when the person is taking orders get an item wrong and have the nastiest attitude to correct the order. Then they will pull you up for the most simple things like a soft drink or coffee. They always come with the excuse that their grill is down. Seems like that’s their favorite saying and make you wait up to 15-20 minutes for food. This location was nerve like this when it first opened. Y’all need to do better!!!!
