Ordered pizza from the location on main street missing medium pan, the cheese pizza was hard and barely cut as if it was sitting there for hours. Called to inform them gentleman said it would be 25 min we ended up calling back because pizza was not on the way. My daughter in laws went to go pick it up. Tonya was very rude to them. This is ridiculous

I’m extremely disappointed in the service and quality of this food. We ordered delivery and the food came wrong. We called to get it fixed and we were told it would be sent back out and it would take 25min. After 30 minutes we call back.. there is no recollection of it being sent back out. The manager then did it and said 25 more minutes. We decided we would rather go get it as it’s been another hour. The manager then was rude upon arrival and had such a bad attitude.

I was treated so poorly from the manger on Saturday night. I placed an order on Wednesday night and my order was incomplete. I didn’t receive one the pizzas I paid for. So I called the store and a credit was given to my old phone number, they would not send the food. On Saturday I placed an order to redeem the credit and additional food , after 1 1/2 hour the order wasn’t delivered so I called the store to check the status. A manager came on the phone and said I cancelled the order so the food was thrown away. I explained that I never cancelled the order , that I’m having trouble updating number in the website but the person that has my old number cancelled the order. The male manger started telling me that he’s not a psychic and he wasn’t going to give me any more credits for a reorder. He wasn’t giving me anything. I paid for pizza and didn’t get it. Then he hangs up the phone in my face. I’ve spent so much money with them over the years because my kids love pizza. I will never spend another dollar with this company. This is not the way to treat customers. Terrible customer service. Advise to Pizza Hut : Stop hiring kids that get high and don’t care about the paying customers. My kids will have to start loving Papa John’s!!! So I never got my last pizza I ordered or a refund for it ! Stealing from the customers is insane.

Got a delivery order half the food was missing called 10 times finally they said we can't bring the rest of your order because they was to busy. We'll then you need to close this store if you can't handle a busy night and get ALL the food people pay for to them. I spent 83.00 dollars with this restaurant and didn't get half my food. Just a warning don't order from them. And by the other reviews I seen I'm not the only one. I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered there.

Whoever is taking orders today is absolutely under the influence of drugs and or alcohol. I called to order food for a person in need and after giving this guy my card number and information multiple times I wasn’t able to complete the order. It is sad that this is allowed at this location

This is a updated review because I actually was stupid enough to try it again. I ordered my pizza last night and it said 30-40 minutes for delivery. We were leaving in a hour and we wanted to eat before we left. Order was placed at 7:18 pm. I got my order 8:50 After looking through the app unseen where the order wasn't accepted until 8:05pm They are doing this intentionally to keep the ticket times down. So by there method they are only taking 30 minutes to complete the order and have it picked up..... But it's a complete lie. Just like McDonald's telling you to pull forward to wait on your food. Once they run your card and it's paid for they close the ticket to keep their times low. And then they don't care how long it takes s for you to get your food. I will never order from this Pizza Hut again. Ever.

Jacob at the hopemills location has won me over with his exceptional customer service also his willingness to help me with my order because I was having difficulties online but he reassured he will get my order out and as requested. Very friendly, very kind and very awesome
Placed a take order at restaurant which was done super quick during rush hour. The young lady cashier was super nice and very polite and courteous. The 2 large Pizzas was excellent. Highly recommended

Ordered delivery. After 1.5 hours I called. Lady said driver just left. 45 min later I called back. I asked them to recook and I would pick it up. When I arrived, they had the original cold pizza and also a remake which they tried to charge me for. The guy at window said they tried to deliver. But no phone call was made. Pretty much threw the cold pizza and said address was wrong. I have filed complaint requesting full refund along with delivery fee and tip. I feel that they should give me a pick up fee. Absolutely the worst customer service and attitude!

After spending almost $50, two of the three pizzas looked like they’d been dropped. Two pizzas were just one big lump on one end of the box. One was not edible at all. The kids tried to pick toppings off of another. Ridiculous! $50 should have fed my family but I had to buy them something else. Thanks for taking my money!
