Never will I go to this location again!!! I ordered a 3 piece combo. Never saw a leg that tiny and looks like half a breast. I ordered rice and beans as my side. The cup was only half full… this was no mistake you can clearly see that the container is partially filled!!!

I have gone here several times since they opened and have always gotten my order right. One time they were busier than usual and gave me the wrong food but I called and got great customer service and they told me to come back up when I could and they would remake it completely for me. They were super nice and helpful the entire time and were never rude. Thank you!
We walk in and she was so bubbly and welcoming. She said it’s my second time working just work with me and just the smiple thought of her telling us she might be a little slow was very thoughtful. Lamekia Mcneill is her name
This Popeyes is in the need help. Didn't have any food to fulfill orders only gave is the option of 3 items to choose from and had to wait 10 minutes at the drive thru speaker just for them to tell us that. Re structuring is difently in order here

I got to drive thru at 2 today it took until 2:49 to get my food and then they ask me to pull up and wait for shrimp themn come out with my 3piece no Mac and cheese sheit half in the box thrown together which they could of gave more shrimp but had the nerve to throw the smallest dried up chicken they could to cover saying the forgot to cook the shrimp well if I would of acted the way I felt they be talking abt me but I want go back here no more I go back to the other one but they dnt care it’s fast food or slow food wht ever they want to believe
Ordered 2 big box meals. Did not get a drink which I thought they come with drinks. Did not get my sides, red beans and rice and mash potatoes.Paid 15 bucks for breast and wing. Not happy. Will never visit this establishment again. Staff needs to be replaced.

I am really upset because I sat and waited for over 20 minutes to get my food and it turns out that they had put it in the mobile pickup section and did not tell me. I didn't know that it was sitting there for who knows how long.... Why would y'all do that?
