This is the closest Starbucks to our house. Unfortunately it’s the most inconsistent and usually a longer wait time in the drive through. Also on three separate occasions we have been in there on a Sunday, and the manager has came and told us we had to leave because they need to close the store for an hour for a staff meeting. Weird…. So yah we have explored other coffee shops. Also there are more consistent Starbucks.

0 stars Terrible service the wait is entirely too long even ordering mobile if I could have said 0 I would have and this is coming from someone who gets Starbucks just about daily ! I try my hardest to avoid this one in particular on top of that the people who work there have terrible customer service ! They need help ! Should def hire some people who are at least customer service experienced I have said it before but never stood on it but will be after today never again not here ! ! Order placed at 410pm cheese danish and a venti ice white mocha 425 still nothing ! Oh and it’s dead in here so not sure what it is they are doing but it’s not making drinks there is all of 3 customers in here absolutely ridiculous whenever I get my drink I will update on how it taste ! 428 got my danish currently 431 I asked to get my drink cancelled or refunded for them to only Go To a seperate counter and say ohhh it’s right here smh im so done

Whoever had been writing on the cups needs a raise, because this is so sweet. I have been going here for about a year and a half now regularly. Thank you, Hope Mills Starbucks for tolerating my lactose intolerant self. You all are loved by this coffee fiend. ❤️❤️❤️

The food isn't the greatest from this location. Any cold drink with ice is filled to the brim with ice. Even if you ask for lite ice, be prepared for it to 3/4 of your whole cup. Really isn't nice to spend $8 on a drink and only have it for 2 minutes. More like $8 for ice.

everytime i’ve come and order a cheese and fruit protein box the food inside is bad. i repeatedly have had to send it back. now today is my last time coming to this location because clearly the food is not checked and no one is answering the phone. great.

This is the worst Starbucks ever! I came in through the drive thru to pick up my mobile order. I came through the drive thru and they were unprofessional and was all over the place. That’s a different review on it self. I ordered a venti caramel apple latte. When I got my order I tasted it and it was disgusting. I came back and decided to go in. I ask if I could get another drink because they obviously couldn’t get it right. The little jerk off that was at the front who was the supervisor had an attitude and was annoyed because I wanted a drink made correctly. I don’t complain about the price so why can’t they make the drink correct. Anyway the little girl with the attitude is a horrible supervisor and needs to learn what customer service is. And clean the counter off it was nasty!!!

Literally the rudest dine in staff ever at this location. I stood at the counter for about 10minutes before anybody took my order….it took about 30minutes for them to make my drink but people that ordered after me were getting their drinks before me….this was the absolute worst experience at a Starbucks I’ve ever had

This is my favorite Starbucks in town. They're always so kind and they make my coffee so good! I've been coming here for a few years now and they've only messed up my drink twice which isn't bad at all because they will remake it. Drive thru is great and I really enjoy sitting down and having my coffee. Very clean and well stocked. Their service is very quick and on the busy hours it's still not too bad of a wait.
As always the place is delicious, overpriced, and I only go for the smile that their menu items have a knack for putting on my daughters face. Otherwise. I probably would never go to another Starbucks as long as I live. So you certainly cornered my market Touché Starbucks Touché

Our drinks all tasted different from what we ordered. I asked for light ice & still didn’t get it. I guess the three stars was only for the order being what we ordered but taste was subpar. Also cashier rushed us in the drive thru & window. Maybe work on customer service as well. First bad experience here.
