This is the worst Starbucks ever! I came in through the drive thru to pick up my mobile order. I came through the drive thru and they were unprofessional and was all over the place. That’s a different review on it self. I ordered a venti caramel apple latte. When I got my order I tasted it and it was disgusting. I came back and decided to go in. I ask if I could get another drink because they obviously couldn’t get it right. The little jerk off that was at the front who was the supervisor had an attitude and was annoyed because I wanted a drink made correctly. I don’t complain about the price so why can’t they make the drink correct. Anyway the little girl with the attitude is a horrible supervisor and needs to learn what customer service is. And clean the counter off it was nasty!!!

Literally the rudest dine in staff ever at this location. I stood at the counter for about 10minutes before anybody took my order….it took about 30minutes for them to make my drink but people that ordered after me were getting their drinks before me….this was the absolute worst experience at a Starbucks I’ve ever had

This is my favorite Starbucks in town. They're always so kind and they make my coffee so good! I've been coming here for a few years now and they've only messed up my drink twice which isn't bad at all because they will remake it. Drive thru is great and I really enjoy sitting down and having my coffee. Very clean and well stocked. Their service is very quick and on the busy hours it's still not too bad of a wait.
Our drinks all tasted different from what we ordered. I asked for light ice & still didn’t get it. I guess the three stars was only for the order being what we ordered but taste was subpar. Also cashier rushed us in the drive thru & window. Maybe work on customer service as well. First bad experience here.

This is our favorite location. They can get a little busy at times but they always try their best and I’ve never been disappointed by the drinks they make. Everyone I’ve encountered that works here has been kind even when they are extremely crowded so that is impressive.

Only reason I’m not rating 5 is because when I’ve asked for light ice in the past, they always seem to fill it with a ton of ice and sometimes their drinks are made bland. Otherwise I haven’t really had any issues. I see a lot of negative reviews about customer service but my barista Hailey was so sweet and took the time to listen to my questions about different drinks. She definitely needs some praise from management considering their employee retention rate seems to be low. Thanks Hailey! :)

This Starbucks is the closer one to my house. the customer service here is such pure trash. We make the extra drive to drive to the new one by Jack Britt. Every time i come here they make my drinks wrong. And today they make my drink wrong and i get the attitude, i wasn’t even rude about it! I just stated they put peach in my tea and it wasn’t supposed to have that. I got nothing but snarky attitudes. I can’t stand this location.

There were coffee grains at the bottom of my cup. It wasn't one of their better days. I went indide to avoid the long drive thru. They were slow inside as well. They set me back about 5 minutes. I'll go back because I believe that was a bad morning.

I posted a pic of my BLONDE shaken espresso so the girl who gave me attitude in drive thru can see that it’s not supposed to be dark like regular expresso. I order the same thing every day so her having an attitude about how I KNOW how my drink is supposed to look is crazy to me.
