I posted a pic of my BLONDE shaken espresso so the girl who gave me attitude in drive thru can see that it’s not supposed to be dark like regular expresso. I order the same thing every day so her having an attitude about how I KNOW how my drink is supposed to look is crazy to me.

This was my go to on my way to work. I now drive miles to the owen drive location because this location has taken a serious downfall. At most locations everyone is happy and the service is great. Definitely not this one. Some serious attitudes in there and drinks are definitely made incorrectly or low quality. Waste of money here! I hope things improve. I'm definitely a loyal customer

The lady taking the order wasn’t very friendly just kinda blah then they didn’t have chocolate chips for the drink , I get the drink and it’s made wrong. I could see at the bottom there wasn’t whip cream I said something to her she lied and said they put whipped cream in the bottom but they did not. They put entirely too much chocolate in it. These Drinks are expensive . I will drive a little further to go to the other one that is kind and actually makes my drink correctly!!!!
I deliver with door dash out of 50 names in a day and I get one wrong ? so now I can't read. People make mistakes all the time. And for the white girl in the morning I learned when a person try to humiliate someone you have low self esteem and from the reviews you need to worry about customer service. News reporters make mistakes all the time and they make more more than a cashier at Starbucks

I came to get a pup cup and drink for myself. But wasn't told they ran out of whip cream for a pup cup til I pay for my $7.00 drink in the drive thru. . I came especially for my dog to have a treat. I would have went somewhere else if they told me ahead of time. Just rsn out as I drove up. Don't believe that. How do you run out of whip cream. But I sat in the parking lot to drink my drink. And people coming out with whip cream . What a disappointment for Molly and me. Won't be back!
