Much better than average fast food! I don't know for sure but I think there food quality is better. They also have enough staff to give good customer service.

They used my points to pay for my drink without me asking them too. The guy said “I got it” I said “but I didn’t pay” he repeated himself so I almost thought he bought it or maybe my card was on file, I was confused. But now I’m upset because I use my points to buy the cups and I have to start over. I know it’s not the biggest deal but it makes me mad.

They suck. If you want a coffee that’s worth the price tag go to a different location or a local spot. I’m more often than not getting drinks made wrong or halfway done here.
Why is this location constantly out of chai? Not everyone drinks coffee. My son and I both comment that this location rarely has chai. I live nearby but am about done even stopping and hoping you might have my chai tea.

Uncomfortable atmosphere, majority of morning staff was rude upon arrival and ignored us for the most part. Attitude of staff seems to be a continuous problem since opening. Quite disappointing as it’s the closest but I’d rather go to the smaller and on the go Starbucks inside or go on N main st or skibo to sit down.

I don't know... I'm pretty easy but the atmosphere doesn't feel very relaxed, I order 2 things each time and always seem to have an issue with my order , and the drive through attendant never seems happy

There was no customers in the store that needed to be waited on., except me. It took 5 minutes to get attention. The young man who waited on me was helpful. After he attended to me, he went on break. It was down hill from then on. I had to place another order because the store didn't have what my husband wanted. I am not new to this store but I don't know if I will go back.
