Gone back twice since I moved here to NC. So far about the only thing I would have to say about the place is they start cutting off games 10 and 15 minutes before midnight. Ok, that's not so bad, staff wants to go home. But, some of these guys at the front seems like they've had it with working there. Kinda rude when people come in and definitely no friendly face staff like they want you there. Maybe its this winter weather and the storm that just passed. Got them in a little less than happy mood. But, this effects having your repeat clientele. Maybe its just an exception and I need to go more, but so far I'll rate at 3 stars until I visit more and maybe their mood gets better. Games are cool. Drinks where made competently. It was a slow night, but let's just say for now they're doing good in that area.
Hope the management addresses this. Its a pretty cool place to be sad for it to go bad just because of a few. Seems, according to the other reviews that are not 5 stars, that the main issue is a rude front desk staff. Hmm.
I'll review again in 6 months when I get a chance to collect more data.

Stop Button discriminate against military service members with service animals I was denied access on the sole reason I had a service dog. Really sad considering this is supposedly owned by Service members. Yes I got rude after that because anyone with a disability knows it’s upsetting enough there’s already so many things I can’t do because of my disability but to not let me and my kids play video games because I need a service animal is wrong on so many levels.

I did not get to play games and I barely was inside because we were kicked out for only having 1 parent (me) and I have 4 kids. It was unbelievable how inconsiderate they can be because my husband passed away and what if the other parent is at work. I don’t think I will be going back anytime soon.

if i couldn’t put a star i wouldn’t i absolutely hate this place. this is a trashy place and requires an adult for every three kids. this place makes me sick. the area is a bit sketchy too. my brother is crying because he can’t play.

Very cool place to enjoy your spouse for a fun outing of games we grew up playing in arcades and old gaming systems. And yes....there is a bar 🥰.

This place is great Not only is it affordable bit it's a third place meaning its a great place you meet new friends play games or just hang out and play game consules AND all at one low low price it is open 7 days a week they have a bartender we are definitely going to become regulars they do party package as well 😉 oh did I mention follow them on Facebook they do pool tournaments and karke some nights kid friendly from 3pm till 9pm after 9pm it's adults only 9pm tlll 2am
Such a fun place, I went here for my birthday for the very first time and I plan on coming back already. I like how there’s so many different choices of what to play.

I was brought here as a fun birthday surprise! I had a blast! I really enjoyed the arcade games, have this arcade style brought back really fun and great memories of being in arcades when I was younger just having fun with my dad, with or without my little sister lol. Great crowd with plenty of people on a Friday night. I will say I didn't drink as I'm not really a drinker, I was there for the arcade games!

Great spot! The whole family loves coming here. The bartenders are awesome. We love Tyler and Kenny at the front desk!!! Karaoke nights with Legendary Karaoke are the most fun nights everrr
