Decided to give it a try with the new changes and so glad I did. Wonderful experience and so much better.

Clearly the sign open is on and we went to try to open the door and it’s locked we even read the sign saying it closes at 11 and the two employees started talking to each other arguing I suppose, weather they should open or not while staring at us one was cleaning the other was sitting down on his phone and we just waved and said it was fine, don’t want to waste my money where they obviously don’t want the business to make money. Please update closing hours if so or check your employees and why they are closing 2 hours prior to specified closing hours.

Please close this facility. Ordered a sandwich to be toasted..can i get wheat bread for my sandwich..oops we dont have fresh wheat bread...ok i will take any fresh bread your have....Oops toaster doesn't work. I will go without the toasting. How about a little black pepper. Ooops. We don't have black pepper. Can I get a drink with my order...Oops fountain machine broken. Why is this place open. The guys says. As long as I'm getting paid. This is criminal. Stay away!!
Ordered off the app, and when I came in to pick up my food, the worker was sitting down on his phone. I told him I'm there to pick up my order and he had apparently completely forgotten to make my order, despite the app saying it's ready. He then has literally no idea what my order is, despite clearly knowing it came in. How does he know the order came in but not know what the order is? Then he tells me the ingredients aren't ready because the chicken was still thawing out. Do not ever come here, go the extra 3 minutes to the Walmart subway instead.

Placed a mobile order. Out of everything. Couldn't get my food or a refund. Poor guy working had no clue. Went back to get my food or a refund. Same guy working. Still out of stuff, but he did his best to make my food with substitutions. Food was still trash. Clean your glass. Never again.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! They are always out of everything. Workers and manager is rude and ghetto. Placed an online order went in store and they claim they didn’t get order online. Showed them the order that was placed online. They tried to offer a cold cut, however they was still out of a lot of stuff. Employee called the manager and she was rude, I could hear her through the phone. Still haven’t gotten a refund for the food I paid for that I never received. Everybody in there needs to be replaced with more professional people. They will NEVER get my business again.

This subway is ghetto the General Manager is rude she curse out customers and staff steals money out the register then blames the employees when the register come up short. I was the assistant manager she just fired me don't go in there until corporate get rid of her Waldos Bingham or hopemills won't make money she is the problem
This is probably the worst subway I have ever been too. They’re always out of so much stuff. Went tonight to get dinner, wanted flatbread but they were out, wanted provolone cheese but they were out, asked to have Swiss cheese and I was given shredded cheese. Asked for ham to be put on my sandwich, but I did not receive any. The drink machines were also out of order. None of this was posted anywhere in the store or was told to us before we started ordering our subs. Workers always have a I don’t care attitude and are rude to customers. Absolutely ridiculous. Let’s just say I’ll be sticking to Publix subs from now on.

Subway is closed. Door locked, sign off, people peaking through the window. Person inside, nobody is getting a sub. This is a real sketchy Subway, you don't know when it's open, and homeless and the sketchy hang around outside. Don't believe just go up there.

My recent visit to Subway was incredibly disappointing and possibly the worst experience I've had at a Subway restaurant. When I arrived, there was no bacon available, and they were also out of my preferred cookies. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwich on Italian herb and cheese bread, but unfortunately, the bread was lacking the promised herb and cheese flavor. Additionally, the bread did not taste fresh at all. Furthermore, the sandwich was poorly assembled, with only a small amount of lettuce and half of the vegetables falling out as soon as I unwrapped it. Overall, it was a very unsatisfactory experience. Will not be returning to this location!
