Stop here for lunch with my work buddy. The young lady behind the counter was so friendly and customer service oriented. It made the whole rest of my day wonderful. The sandwich was great as well as the cookies. They were out of Coke fountain soda but didn’t care. I’ll definitely go back when I’m the area just for the customer service. Thank you.
It was alright. Maybe work on customer service. Being told "I hope you don't plan on eating here." sounds a lot like "You're inconveniencing us by eating in our lobby two hours before close."
Came in on Tuesday August 20, 2019. Absolutely great service by Kyo. First time I have been in this store in over a year. Kyoto has a wonderful personality and wonderful with the customers. I decided to eat in and watched him. He was the only employee at lunchtime and he was very busy. I will be back. Thank you Kyo. You don't see this kind of service often.
