I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent order.
The fries were oily and stale, and the burgers were prepared incorrectly. I specifically requested no condiments, yet they were included. I also ordered a Big Bacon Classic, but the bacon was missing.
In addition, all three orders of nuggets and five orders of fries were excessively oily, as if they had been left sitting for an extended period or cooked improperly. This reflects a lack of attention to food quality and order accuracy.
Overall, the experience showed a total lack of care in preparation and service. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and addressed to prevent similar issues in the future.

Always missing food from my order whenever I come here. The atmosphere and the employees are definitely not a redeeming factor by any stretch of the imagination, either.

I'm giving it a one-star I will give it less because I've been coming here ever since I've been retired to this Wendy's in Hope Mills since 2011 every veterans day for the breakfast combo free and I was visiting today November 11th 2025 the manager on duty saying that they don't do it anymore I'm disappointed and probably going to stop coming to this Wendy's

They closed the lobby a bit before 9 and I was on a 15 minute break proceeded to take 10 minutes in drive threw and when I needed to cancel my order and asked how the manager got aggressive with her words and also forgot I could hear here when talking to other associates. When I came back because she couldn’t give a refund bc I placed it on the app I did ask her how she told me to figure out myself, I just simply asked for the food and she said no… I deadass payed I’m a manger too and I know it’s not that hard. It really isn’t especially when you know someone has paid for it. I do have a video of the voice conversation of her telling me no bc that is just weird. I showed the girl I was still in work clothes and everything and my timer to go back to work and proof I was getting clocked on the clock

Gave this Wendy’s a second chance after getting a cold spicy chicken last time. I specifically asked for both spicy sandwiches to be made fresh. Instead, the cashier had an attitude and they tried to hand me old food again. When I asked for fresh ones, the manager — supposedly named Sarah (she wouldn’t even give her name at first) — was extremely nasty and kept lying. Another employee even admitted they just re-wrapped old chicken instead of remaking it.
Wendy’s needs to do better. If someone is in management, they should know that if I’m spending my money, I deserve what I’m paying for — not attitude and dishonesty.
