The hours of this location are supposed to be until 1:00 AM. Came through drive through at 12:30 and the girl inside the store comes across the intercom saying they are closed.

Came in a few days ago and debated writing a review. The first incident was a week ago and I came through the drive thru whoever was working was cursing and spilling the stores drama through the drive thru intercom which made another employee not able to take my order. (She was very kind and kept apologizing for their behavior). Then I came one more time with my sister, they rang up my order wrong and still gave me my correct order? So I was charged wrong and after they handed me my bag they slammed the window. They were very short with me and rude. Idk how people can act this way towards others, I also work in food with a drive thru and id be fired if I acted this way.

They forgot part of my meal and required me to go back into the drive thru line. Mind you, the line backed around the entire building. When I pointed that out, they screamed out “I don’t care” and started laughing. Absolute joke of service. It took an extra 30 minutes to receive an entire missing combo. No name tags but both women. Happened 5 minutes ago.

I ordered a mobile order on the Wendy’s app and when I got to the drive-through, there was nobody there but me and when I was told to pull to the second window, they took a while to hand me a bag and I wondered where my frosty was but it was in the bag with hot chili cheese fries, which was odd, but I was like OK I ordered a spicy asiago chicken sandwich and a 10 piece nugget with it and it was not in the bag so I waited and I can hear them at the window saying what does she want? Why is she still there and they open the window I said why am I still there and I told him the items that I was missing and I heard them say grab that burger and they just handed me just a burger no bag Then they closed the window then they went back to window and asked me again why I was still there, and I said I am still missing a item. They gave me the item and as I checked, there was no bacon on my sandwich. Horrible customer service has an attitude that you ordered an item. I do not recommend at all I will not be returning.

stupid junky

Did a mobile order got in line at the drive thru it was only me and one other car when I got to the service window to get my food I received my bags and one drink when I ordered two. I asked for extra ghost pepper with my card in hand ready to pay when a employee state the sauce is 65 cent each as he said it with a attitude as if my sauce caused the back up in the line. After receiving the extra sauce I paid for I told them I’m still missing a drink the guy at the window say you’ll have to loop around and I said I already ordered it the proceed to give me my drink after finding out there mistake. The whole time they were making side comments to one another and the lady who gave me my drink said have a good day filled with satire . Hope mills Wendy’s talk to your people I could have been very out of pocket but stayed polite. Tell your people to read the receipt for the order if they are backed up to get the line on the move

This has got to be the rudest people I’ve ever interacted with. You buy a large chili you get two crackers oh my bad you get four crackers which means two packs of crackers and they’re gonna charge you for an extra pack of crackers. I’ve never met this type of petty Business practice in my life. I’ll never go here again, so y’all keep your crackers and keep your terrible service.
