I ordered a steak, and salmon hibachi. Over $20. I said no onions. There were so many onions they should have called it an onion hibachi. There were so many that it was easier to pick the meats and other veggies out from the onions. After I separated them I was left with barely anything. I'll never order from here again.

I usually love this place but wasn’t really satisfied with the portion. I got the steak and shrimp bowl. I got 4 measley pieces of shrimp. They were burnt and overcooked

I honestly have no complaints with the exception of having a little trouble one time when confirming that I had steak instead of chicken for an order. The food is amazing, the service is fast, and the customer service experience is good. I do not spend more than $20 on a steak bowl with extra steak. I’ve never been inside but I always order by phone.

Everything was good except price and portions, felt like there were 3 shrimps in my "chicken and shrimp hibachi". Mikotos express has the same meals (and better quality) for a dollar or two less and same sizes. And they're not stingy with sauce. If you can go spare 10mins just go down owen, you'll have a overall better experience.

The guy working the counter is always very friendly and the portion sizes are really good. Yummy food and nice staff!
There’s a girl there that always has an attitude it’s really annoying like everytime I go in there she’s mean mugging and it really makes me feel uncomfortable. It makes me kinda scared to go there cause I go through depression I’m a disabled vet and I know I don’t always look the best. But can you at least not have that kind of energy at your place of work when dealing with others? Thanks. She has freckles and she’s pretty just wish she had a better attitude. And it’s every single time I go there.
White sauce tastes weird and the food is just ... average. The chicken tastes like they boiled it in a sock. Wish they used dark meat like Mikoto express. The rice is box rice. Wish they'd use jasmine or sticky rice like good Chinese spots . My whole family was mad when they ate it. They assumed when I was picking it up it was Mikoto express. I brought it home thinking they wouldn't be able to tell. They could tell
