I honestly have no complaints with the exception of having a little trouble one time when confirming that I had steak instead of chicken for an order. The food is amazing, the service is fast, and the customer service experience is good. I do not spend more than $20 on a steak bowl with extra steak. I’ve never been inside but I always order by phone.

Everything was good except price and portions, felt like there were 3 shrimps in my "chicken and shrimp hibachi". Mikotos express has the same meals (and better quality) for a dollar or two less and same sizes. And they're not stingy with sauce. If you can go spare 10mins just go down owen, you'll have a overall better experience.

I ordered and arrived to the lady bagging my order. Im 5 mins away.Food wasn't near hot. It was maybe room temperature.The flavor and quantity was good. Just had to microwave. Disappointed after I spent $$ to get hot fresh dinner.
