Iva already contacted corporate. I ordered online then my drink was forgotten so I had to go back the store to get it. Then when I get home I open my family’s food and there is 0 sauce anywhere to be found (I know for a fact I ordered it I can see it on the app) so I call the store back and they put the manager on the phone and he started to argue with me about my order that I’m looking at with my own eyes. Says he put sauce in the bag him self, he is a bold face liar. And continued to argue with me with no attempt to make it right what so ever. So disappointed, how you gonna argue with me about sauce?
THIS IS THE WORSE EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD! The wait was crazy long. I asked for a manager and she had a attitude. I will NEVER eat here again. Customer service is everything to me

Received no seasoning on all 5 of my fries when I asked for extra seasoning on 2 of them twice. Only received half the fries I paid for on my plate, plus they were undercooked. To top it off got the smallest I’ve ever seen boneless wings. You’d got think they could get it right, and improve their customer service.
Food was hot and fresh! Didn’t have to wait for food it was waiting for me when I got to the window

Ordered on the app. Get the food and ask 4 times for the drinks and the extra seasoning ON THE SIDE. Finally received drinks after about 7 mins and they refused the seasoning on side because they said they put extra on fries. I didn’t order extra on my fries for one of the items, I ordered seasoning on side for that plate. They are rude , unprofessional, and need new employees that actually want to work and not have attitude. Will never go back . This is not the first time we have had issues but we just let it go before . We are officially done with this one. Spending 30-40 dollars every time we come is to much money to have to deal with that. And by the time we waited for the drinks and got home the food was cold.

Just went through the drive through and was laughed at when I asked about the eggs on a Cobb salad- I’m confused as to what was so funny when I’m sitting here hungry. Also why offer something you know you all don’t have at the time. I expect better when serving the public. Professionalism is a must. I cancelled my order thanks

I just left this location. They messed up my son's order and shorted him a chicken tender. And then when they gave him the chicken tender it was cut up and not whole as he ordered it. So I gave my son the cut up chicken tender to hold and eat off of while we wait on the whole chicken tender that he ordered on the side with his original order. Next thing you know the manager Gianna is yelling from the back for us to return the cut up chicken tender that she screwed up on his order. All of the other employees were in agreement that you guys are not supposed to take food back after you issue it out to a customer. I also want to say that food was eating from that tray with the cut up chicken tender on it which is very unsanitary post covid. I also feel that it was just flat out Petty of her to ask for chicken tender back while we wait for her to correct the order. That was not good customer service.

The order of food I got was good ! I don't understand why the drive thru worker doesn't say,"Thank you for coming" are ANYTHING. She just hands out the bag & shuts the window. 😳

The person bringing food to car was confused about who gets what order, and when I told him I had 2 salad and only 2 dressings his attitude changed as if I was getting on his nerves. That’s bad customer service.

After waiting over 20 minutes to give my order in drive through the car ordering never moved in the entire 20 minutes. I called and reported the extreme delay while sitting in drive through for over 10 mi used. Staff assured me they were just about to move. After a second 10 minutes I went in to wait another 5-10 minutes to get my food and exit to leave. While in store waiting for my salad..... no less than 6 different employees came and left from store with zero impact on any orders. So sadly disappointed. 1 star at BEST

Punk Rock looking employees started a ruckus with the manager. Unprofessional. I thought a fist fight was about to break out.🤦🏿♀️
