Went drive-thru. People inside are always nice every time I go there. Food is always perfect and stays HOT until I get home. Milkshakes are good too...

Take care of the people on the drive through, this crappie service in hope mills, they rather have people on the drive thru waiting 10-20 minutes just because they have an online order, if they order from home they can wait, no the people on the road, Simply put, bad management at this store.

Order the spicy chicken sandwich it’s delicious, but not spicy at all, even though I ordered spicy. I ordered a sweet tea peach and it’s balanced perfect not too sweet not too less just right other fast food places would have way to much sugar. And the fries were perfect too not salty like other fast food places.

The young lady taking my order had an attitude however the young lady at the window was very pleasant. My order was incorrect but I was too far from the restaurant to return it.

Order my food on the online app. The app tell me to come at a certain time. I come after the time to give the employee enough time to make my order. Only to go through the drive-thru. They tell me to pull forward. Im sitting there waiting for 15 minutes. When I walk in I ask if my order ready the man at the time ask me is that my order in the mobile order rack he. I stated “ I don’t know you all pulled me forward “ He states can you check. Why am I doing your job sir. Then I see it’s my name I ask to speak to a manager only for him to look me in my face and say that’s me. I tell him the situation and he states well what would you like me to do. I just grab my food and walk out. I do not remember you coming to this location if you’re trying to enjoy your lunch.

I'm a tourist and wanted to try the chicken, but they made me wait an hour before telling me my order had been given to someone else. Very poor customer service. I don't recommend this place.

Iva already contacted corporate. I ordered online then my drink was forgotten so I had to go back the store to get it. Then when I get home I open my family’s food and there is 0 sauce anywhere to be found (I know for a fact I ordered it I can see it on the app) so I call the store back and they put the manager on the phone and he started to argue with me about my order that I’m looking at with my own eyes. Says he put sauce in the bag him self, he is a bold face liar. And continued to argue with me with no attempt to make it right what so ever. So disappointed, how you gonna argue with me about sauce?

THIS IS THE WORSE EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD! The wait was crazy long. I asked for a manager and she had a attitude. I will NEVER eat here again. Customer service is everything to me

This place is very nasty. Bugs on the walls and the floors

Received no seasoning on all 5 of my fries when I asked for extra seasoning on 2 of them twice. Only received half the fries I paid for on my plate, plus they were undercooked. To top it off got the smallest I’ve ever seen boneless wings. You’d got think they could get it right, and improve their customer service.

Food was hot and fresh! Didn’t have to wait for food it was waiting for me when I got to the window
