Online says you take Apple Pay and Google Pay but your staff is adamant that you do NOT accept Google Pay. I find it hard to believe that you accept one form of contact payment but not the other. I don't know of a pos system out there that accepts one but not the other.

I ordered food/drink today for delivery so can't talk about service. Anyway, my sandwich was OK, but the potatoes were soggy, the iced tea wasn't sweet ( southern sweet) and who ever bagged my order, but the bo-berry biscuit on the bottom of the bag and my heavy sandwich on top knowing all they place over the bo-berry biscuit is wax paper.

so many times have i eaten at this location and im more disappointed each time. rarely will you get warm or crispy fries, they are almost always cold and soggy. they can’t make a decent chicken sandwich without drowning it in mayo. even when going through the drive through, even when you are the only one there, it takes them almost 20 minutes to make your food and it’s STILL cold when you get it. the employees are beyond rude and will actively ignore you when trying to order near closing, even if they don’t close for another half hour. and god forbid you ask them to remake your food or ask them for the sauces you paid for (which they almost always forget). there needs to be a major management and employee change. i’m not a picky guy and im very sympathetic with service workers but this is ridiculous and it seems to be getting worse, not better.

Ask for a brown biscuit, and received what I ask for! One of the best Bojangles biscuits that I have had. The staff was very nice and accommodating

I missed trying Bojangles the last time I was in North Carolina so made a point of going this time. Wish I hadn't. The sausage biscuit I ordered was a half burnt smoked sausage that barely filled the dry, crumbling biscuit that wasn'teven buttered. I had heard such good things but they didn't live up to the hype. Perhaps I just caught them on a bad day. The lady at the drive-thru seemed nice.
