Nearly every time I order here, something is missing from the order or it's the wrong thing. My last visit, I ordered the birddogs. One had no pickles, the other had sauce only on one end. Now instead of just assuming everything i paid for will be in the bag, I need to pull over, dump everything out, check the food, rebag it, and then carry on.

Food here is always hot and fresh, Service is always fast and the employees actually say have a great day back, not like the other fast food restaurants in this town, where they shut the window in your face before you even get your words out! they also have the biggest fluffiest biscuits out of all the Bojangles I’ve been to!

I ordered food/drink today for delivery so can't talk about service. Anyway, my sandwich was OK, but the potatoes were soggy, the iced tea wasn't sweet ( southern sweet) and who ever bagged my order, but the bo-berry biscuit on the bottom of the bag and my heavy sandwich on top knowing all they place over the bo-berry biscuit is wax paper.
