Don't get this place mixed up it's a 5 star restaurant with a gas station. They got greens, beans, potato's tomatoes, lamb, ram YOU NAMEEE IT!!! They got the juicy chicken plain and hot. THICCC I MEAN cardi b thiccc mac and cheese. That macaroni in a pot that's some... gushy fat buns that make my mouth wet. The chicken is actually good chicken. They got soups that mama be making. So many fried sides! TWO BIG PLATES AND A GATERADE FOR LESS THAN 20 BUCKS! This the meal that make you sleep standing up. Damn thanksgiving at the black in laws type of grub!

Finally tried this place and was pleasantly surprised! The prices are fantastic, and the amount of food you get for the prices is great. The chicken was juicy, our kids loved the Mac n cheese and the bread / rolls they have are really tasty too.

I heard from a friend that the chicken was really good. So we stopped in at the Jacksonville location yesterday. Spent $21 Ordered the Saturday special(ribs) size of a deck of cards includes 2 sides & a roll or biscuit $8.99 a 3 PC dark(chicken only) $4.99 & a large liver & gizzards mix $5.99 Chicken was tasteless & a little spicy & I was charged $1 more for the 3 PC dark. The greens were salty but mashed potatoes were really good. We didn't eat the chicken or liver & gizzards or ribs I did eat the mashed potatoes ?had to go somewhere else to eat..

The potato wedges are always amazing. Better chicken tenders than you would get from anywhere else. Surprisingly amazing food from a gas station!

I took my wife to this quaint little diner for one of our rare date nights. The Sandridge Diner is a very small establishment that must cater mostly to take out clientele, While it is clean, I cannot actually post a review on their food because, despite being two, of the only 4 customers in the place, and the two of us only having ordered 2 beers and two sandwiches after an hour and 15 minutes of receiving drinks but NO FOOD, we paid for our beer and left. The entire time we sat at the table we were ignored and customers continued repeatedly come and go as they picked up take out food. Now you might ask why we did not ask about or food. We did ask twice and were simply given the answer, "We are very busy tonight" After asking the second time our, very young waitress, disappeared into the kitchen and would only reappear when a take out customer came it to pick up an order. Not being one to cause a problem, we simply nursed our beers for over an hour, canceled the sandwiched we had ordered but never received, paid for the beers and left. Perhaps some day we may try the Sandridge Diner again and actually be able to sample their fare, however it won't be anytime soon.
