This place sucks. I wanted them to warm the chicken up and not toast my bun, so they lay my bun on that nasty looking counter while they warmed up the chicken. I went to eat it and the chicken still cold as ice.. this subway is horrible.

I placed a curbside order online since my toddler was asleep in the car and the person came out with my food and was kinda rude? Saying he didn’t know why it let me do curbside and was passive aggressive about it since they discontinued curbside at this location…
This is the first time I’ve ever been to this location since I’m working nearby
I was a little taken aback cause it let me on the app and with professionalism you can be frustrated but not at your customers? Was it hard to say “heres your food! have a wonderful day!” And then go back inside and be frustrated with whoever was supposed to discontinue curbside? :/
I was made to feel guilty for something the app allowed me to do lol

I dislike leaving reviews like this, but after $60 in sandwiches missing things on all of them I’m sure they won’t care about this either. I just called and asked if they had lettuce. They said yes, I asked why it was missing from all my subs. I’m exhausted spending my hard earned money and not receiving what I paid for, it would be one thing if it was nice but today makes the THIRD ORDER WRONG. The woman who answered the phone initially hung up on me. Over the online ordering and them not even reading it!

This subway is completely unprofessional guy shows up 40 minutes late and walks into a line of customers and instead of getting straight to work he grabs a drink and stays in the back. Online order took 40 minutes to complete and they were intentionally asking for a tip afterwards, this subway is not kept clean, no one goes out of their way to keep things nice. There is a musty smell and 100% unsatisfying. Workers take no pride in there job.highly unprofessional and will not be back!
