First visit tonight with a company Christmas gathering. My wife and I each had a filet and the couple beside us had the chicken. Both entrees were cooked to perfection! The chef personally checked on us and the service was outstanding. Delicious food! A great place to go!

This was our second visit and it was just as good as the first. We are amazed at the quality of the food for such an unassuming place in a small NC town. I had the seafood with penne pasta and my husband had the steak tortellini. The server was outstanding, helping me out with bagging leftovers for our trip back to Virginia. We plan on going back as often as we can!!

4 of us stopped in on our way through town, and we’re so happy we found this gem! My husband and I shared The Hotrodder Sandwich & sweet potato fries, and we didn’t leave even a crumb behind! Our friends had The Ruben and The Club sandwiches with fries, and said all were delicious! The wait staff was very attentive, and we also met the owner, a fellow motorcycle enthusiast that chatted with us for quite a while. Prices are reasonable and the atmosphere was homey and welcoming. If we find ourselves passing through Jackson, NC on a future trip, we will definitely make it a point to dine here again!

We had a small birthday celebration for a friend on Saturday and Sarah Kate was our server. The food was excellent. Great variety and we had awesome appetizers, the Baked Brie and Crab dip were exceptional. There were five of us and we all enjoyed the food and the service. Sarah took great care of us! The burgers, nachos and chicken sandwiches were great and so much food. The restaurant is very nice and the theme and decor are great. If you're in the area be sure and stop in you won't regret it!

Outstanding food and outstanding service. My husband and I were in town and lucked up on the most charming little restaurant. My luck continued when I saw their evening special, snow crab legs. ? Sometimes, I am weary to eat crab legs that aren't served at a seafood restaurant, but no worries here. ? The crab legs were meaty with a delicate flavor....very yummy as they are my favorite type of seafood. My husband had their ribeye steak, which was cooked to perfect.We had an absolutely delightful dining experience at Bay Sire Bistro due to the food quality and service. Not only was the waitress attentive, but the chef came over to check on the taste of the food followed by management, who was very present in the restaurant. This was impressive and showed how important their customers are.I definitely recommend this restaurant as you will be in store for a wonderful treat. Your wallet and taste buds will thank you.
