Smelly food. Mashed potatoes & gravy it looked disgusting. This is the worst Bojangles I have been to in my life. Told the Al talk box & cashier fries on both orders. No cashier put mash potatoes after 4x telling her. First visit & was hoping their reviews were not true. Indeed they are and we got sick on the stomach all parties and had to take medicine for our tummies. I let out a gas ball after that visit that made my family sick from the funk. Bad food will do that. Close this location down, beat it.

This location is going to either be out of SOMETHING or closed an hour before closing time. Whomever does inventory for the day needs additional training. It makes absolutely no sense to be out of all sides with the exception of fries a hour prior to closing.

Everytime I order through DoorDash there is always something missing whether it’s the sauces I paid for or additional items on my food. I am very disappointed as I ordered this morning two Cajun filet biscuits with fries and a drink and there was no egg on the sandwich once again.

I got a bacon egg and cheese biscuit, for dinner. It was horrible. The eggs were leftover from whenever and the bacon was old and didn’t even smell like bacon any more. It tasted like grease. I’m visiting NC and was excited to go there. Shame on them… serving day old food. Nice staff. Crappy food. Period. Got Cole slaw too, but was scared to eat it. No tellin.

Dining room was closed, waited 20 minutes in drive through just to find out they were out of every single thing I ordered. Had to argue with customer support about proof of not getting what I ordered due to not having a receipt, since I never got so much as an empty bag from the drive through.

Took my mom here on 10/20/25 around 6:30pm, girl at window was very polite, I had been warned not to go to this location but not too many places to eat near there so she got chicken strip combo with pintos, rice, chicken was stale, little bit of pintos in mostly water, rice was good , Over $15 , As high as everything is and she is on limited income SS it's highly disappointing that in this day in time no care is put into a order anymore that's exactly why I was warned not to go to this location she said she would not go there again. Sure no loss for them they could care less as shown in the $15 meal she got that was useless ! Didn't post this on anger they don't care, won't a refund no! Just here to let others no this may be your hard earned money 🤑

I returned my order , biscuit and chicken very hard, I paid cash The manager , refused to give me my complete refund back. $9.37 He handed me $9.00, I asked for the .37 cents , per the receipt I gave him. He argued that because he had given me change earlier said he did not owe me .37. I explained that was a different transaction and needed to pay $9.37. He argued NO I DON'T. He said his name was BOB , and spelled it , ( at least he can spell) and was the manager . WOW , manager and can't count. He was talking on this cell with the same gloves on and using the register and handling food. I will go higher up to report .

I want to get lunch today left my wallet in the bathroom lady contacted me to get the wallet and I opened it to give her money but instead all the money was gone the yong manager was rude I had no reason to lie I literally opened my wallet to give her some cash will be filing police report. This is terrible I worked in retail for 17 years found pepoles wallets all the time never in my mind would I ever take someone's money.

I came here at 745 and the drive thru was kind of packed so I tried to go inside and the doors were locked. I was under the impression that Bojangles opened at 5-6 so I was definitely disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend stopping here if you want to grab a bite before 8
