My sincerest Thanks to this store. You welcomed 2 elderly veterans & our grandson into your restaurant. The service was perfect and the food was delicious. I have nothing to complain about except we were hot and sweaty because of the NC weather. Again, many thanks and next time we're in the area we will gladly stop in.

I am always impressed with the service here. Staff is friendly. Food comes correctly all the time. Food taste like someone cares to cook it right the first time. Keep up the good work. I have visited several times and will be back for more. Extra thank you for cooking those Bo-rounds perfectly! Don't believe the other reviews (with one star) Those folks just had a bad day and needed to take it out on something or someone.

15 minute wait for thighs and breast. If you’re running low you probably should have cooked more chicken so your customers don’t have to wait so long. Horrible

They need to FIRE the whole staff they are VERY SLOW no one should sit in a drive through for 15-20 min it makes no since. They are RUDE as all get out but the slowest place ever

Next time I wil check google reviews (and pay attention!). We went through the drive-thru at this location because it was on the way home. Normally we love Bojangles. This time we got home and my 9 piece Bo Bites only had 5 pieces of chicken. The family size mac and cheese I got the kids was only _half_ full. They never asked us to wait, or warned us they didn't have enough to fill our order, just gave us half and charged us for the full amount.

The chicken was overcooked. The service was slow and unfriendly. The restaurant was dirty...greasy floor, tables not wiped, trash in the parking area.

Do not ever go to this location. This is the worst customer service experience I’ve ever received. The lady at the drive thru window heard my order wrong, caught an attitude, closed the window to talk about me and didn’t bother to change my order when corrected. Then when I asked for a receipt, she claimed it wouldn’t print.

My experience was terrible!!! I asked for fresh chicken (white) and the manager stated she wasn't dropping any chicken, she stated dark just came up. I told her I wanted white and she stated chicken just came up 15, 20, 30 minutes ago and I gladly left.

The workers are rude, they are lazy make up they are out of stuff just so they don't have to drop fresh food. The fries are always overcooked and hard, the chicken tenders are extremely small. The tea always tastes like hot tap water as well.
