Sent my Son to get an 8-piece All Dark Bo-Box. He didn't check his receipt or his food. When he got home it was the wrong receipt and the wrong box! It was later in the evening and we had children to feed so we just kept it (while everyone complained). The next day I went to speak with the manager. She promptly came out and listened to my complaint and kindly agreed to replace the All Dark Chicken at no charge! She kindly asked if I could come back the next day @ my preferred...

I meet with the manager today. Her name is Mika, I told her that I had not been to this location in over a year so to the service I received then. But today things were turned around she is going a great job with the store and her staff. When I went in all I saw was teenagers I think she was the only adult in the place. I know it’s hard working with the teenagers we have today cause parents are not in the house to teach them so she has to be the manager and the paren’t....

Out of the numerous bad experiences I've had here before I will say tonight was a big change. The team members were really friendly and my food was really fresh and hot. Even gave me extra fries for a little wait. Big difference from my past experiences!
