The first Chipotle we went to we walk almost immediately out because the young lady behind the counter was not to inviting and the food looked a mess. When we all the way across town...I think it was near or on Gate Blvd in Greensboro. They were more inviting and the lady fixing i dinner was top tier. She was patient when I was a little indecisive and very accommodating. I wish I knew her name. Thank you to both ladies working..you both were great.🥰

The food is edible but unfortunately the staff were very nonchalant about their hospitality towards a guest and they were almost out of a few items that I always want on my burrito. They had no extra being cooked and it seems as if the “kanban” was non existent. Could be easily improved.

I don’t know what happened to this chipotle I use to come all
Last summer , for the last 4 months they’ve gone down hill , I have gotten my order wrong 3 times in a row. And when it’s right it looks so gross . It resembles VOMIT , I wish they were more careful
Making the food , due to me paying 18$ for a bowl or for a burrito , I wish it was at least decent. Literally so sad , I wish I could get all the money I’ve invested bc I always end up trashing it , finally learned my
Lesson today. Never going back to this location.

I usually enjoy coming to this Chipotle, but my recent experience was really disappointing. I showed up at 9:50PM, even though they close at 11, and was told they were already out of protein because they had started shutting things down early. That’s not acceptable when there’s still a full hour left before closing.
The food prep counter was messy and the entire lobby was dirty. It looked like the staff had already given up for the night. I come here often and have never had this issue before, so I’m guessing it’s a problem with the night crew. Still, closing down food options early and letting the place get that dirty is not okay.
We’re paying customers, not just grabbing leftovers. I really hope management sees this and makes sure the standards are kept up no matter what time of day it is.

Ordered two bowls and a kids meal which was 35$. Got home all the meat was burnt and unable to eat. Tried to call the store manager and didn’t get any answer.
