Chipotle Mexican Grill

Went to this location for a chicken bowl, I told the server i wanted double chicken. He turned and said chicken on the line. I asked him please get new chicken, you didnt put double and i do not want all of the burnt pieces that make their way to the bottom of the pan. I was told by a girl/boy that chipotle chicken is supposed to be charred. Ma'am/Sir there is a difference between burnt ends and charred. I have been a chipotle patron for YEARS!! If I'm asking for double chicken, I'm damn sure able to pay for it and I deserve to get fresh pieces and not the burnt pieces at the bottom of the pan. I was given 3 more pieces and was told thats all they could do. Instead of Ma'am/sir being an a$$, they should have been helping with cleaning the line and/or getting fresh food on the line. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION!!

I dropped by @ 10:50 to eat lunch and the doors were locked. Hours say they open @ 10:45. Noticed there were people inside and after trying to get their attention, no one came to the door. Poor service is not new at this location!!

managers rude to employees, employees can't wrap a burrito to save their life, and they skimp on literally all the portions.

It's crap, they don't have any products at 8 pm, I ask for double rice and they give me a portion of one, the sofrita is ultra dry. I won't go back.

Trash overflowing, they were out of just about everything at 9pm on a Friday night, the mild salsa was not fresh but the service was good even though they only had 2 people working. Probably won't come back to this location.

They didn't have enough brown rice, tomato salsa or queso. No one took responsibility.

Must be a new crew. They all seemed clueless. Skimpy on our bowls.

I wish I would have read the reviews. I will NEVER visit this location again. The protion amount of food is ridiculous for the price you pay. I ordered a wrap and she gave me about 7 pieces of chicken and very little lettuce and beans. My first and last time...

One of the Worst Chipotle’s around! Portions are a total joke and the Store is never clean!

The food tasted alright, it was just served like slop. I wouldn’t recommend the burrito unless you want to eat half of it out of the wrapper with a fork.

I was nervous about ordering through Door Dash because of poor social media reviews but I was pleasantly surprised at the portions! I didn’t feel skimped because I wasn’t ordering in person and truly appreciate that and will order again!

I have visited this location on several occasions and they are always out of grilled veggies. My most recent visit was before 9pm and the staff member indicated that the near empty container of maybe 4 strips of veggies remaining was all they had. But there were 3 or 4 other workers standing around talking to each other. Seems to me you should have everything replenished for customers, but I guess we are not the priority. Do better!
