Ordered a pizza w extra toppings, inside the dough was still raw. I asked them to pls comp me an order of cinnamon sticks w 1 extra icing for the inconvenience. Youd deserve one too, dont judge. But the manager had copped a passive-aggressive attitude & i bet they spit in my tomato sauce, oh well. Jamestown needs a small pizzeria business to compete bc these guys arent doing better🤷

The delivery driver is the sweetest man. Every time i get delivery and he’s the driver he just makes me so happy!!! He deserves a raise or something lol, he’s an older man but very kind and has a bright smile <3 protect him at all costs!!!!!!! 🥹

I placed n order from the is location a few minutes ago. I picked the “leave it at door option” because I was about to go shower.
While I am in the shower I get multiple calls /missed calls from the delivery driver and a voicemail that said he was at the door but if I didn’t come get my order soon it would head back to the store
I am disabled and it takes me a little while to get from place to place, I tried to respond via text but no response. After finally being able to get to my door from out of the shower the driver is gone and no food left anywhere despite me choosing the “leave it at door option”.
I called the store to speak to the manager and explained what happened. She put me on hold for 30 seconds and said she would refund the order. I appreciate the refund but no apologies were given and the driver who failed to deliver my order should be fired. Absolute trash location and will never order from them again.

I always order pizzas from them all the time but this time i found hair in my both pizzas, i called in to report it but manager had attitude telling me not to order from them since this is 2nd time but i told her this is first time it happend to me not 2nd time so she did refund my money but Not going to order again.
