Ordered a pizza w extra toppings, inside the dough was still raw. I asked them to pls comp me an order of cinnamon sticks w 1 extra icing for the inconvenience. Youd deserve one too, dont judge. But the manager had copped a passive-aggressive attitude & i bet they spit in my tomato sauce, oh well. Jamestown needs a small pizzeria business to compete bc these guys arent doing betterš¤·

The delivery driver is the sweetest man. Every time i get delivery and heās the driver he just makes me so happy!!! He deserves a raise or something lol, heās an older man but very kind and has a bright smile <3 protect him at all costs!!!!!!! š„¹

I placed n order from the is location a few minutes ago. I picked the āleave it at door optionā because I was about to go shower.
While I am in the shower I get multiple calls /missed calls from the delivery driver and a voicemail that said he was at the door but if I didnāt come get my order soon it would head back to the store
I am disabled and it takes me a little while to get from place to place, I tried to respond via text but no response. After finally being able to get to my door from out of the shower the driver is gone and no food left anywhere despite me choosing the āleave it at door optionā.
I called the store to speak to the manager and explained what happened. She put me on hold for 30 seconds and said she would refund the order. I appreciate the refund but no apologies were given and the driver who failed to deliver my order should be fired. Absolute trash location and will never order from them again.

The meal deal was ordered for my grandchildren,5! They wanted Domino's Pizza! Family favorite. The restaurants address is 114...my home is 600! The pizza needed to be placed in the microwave! There was no marinara sauce for the parmesan bites... Just bread! The OWNER refused to do anything about it! Extremely poor and rude customer service! I'm a veteran of 26 years of service and 7 tours! I explained that it wasn't that serious, it was for grandkids that came to visit from Pittsburgh, pa.
